Do you even know what the temple of God is?

Sure, I know what the Temple of God is. In Hebrew, it is "beeyt Elohiym" or "house of God," and it SPECIFICALLY refers to the Temple that Smo (Solomon) built, and then was rebuilt after the Deportation to Bavel and Medo-Persia, and which was improved upon by Herod the Great. We as a group of people are LIKENED to the Temple as a "house of God" consisting of LIVING stones indwelt by the Ruach haQodesh Elohiym (the Holy Spirit of God), but we are NOT the Temple itself! The Temple proper is said to be rebuilt BY the Mashiach, the Messiah, the Christ, in Ezekiel's prophecy within chapters 40 through 48. Its existence is also alluded to in 2 Thes. 2:3, and in Yeshua`s quote from Psalm 118:22-26 which He quoted in Matthew 23:39.

I can give you half a chapter to confirm it.But after Romney becomes president I want you to watch the rest of the chapter being fulfilled as it takes place.

It is the SINGULAR "Revelation" or "Uncovering" of the Messiah Yeshua` when He returns.) In Dani'el's book, the prophecy given to him by the "one like the appearance of a man" who began speaking in chapter 10, verse 19, is well documented as to whom this chapter is about: "Darius the Mede" (vs. 1), "three kings in Persia; and the fourth shall be far richer than they all" (vs. 2), "the realm of Grecia" (vs. 2), "a mighty king...his kingdom shall be broken, and shall be divided toweard the four winds of heaven" (Alexander the Great, vss. 3-4), "the king of the south" (Ptolemy, vs. 5), "the king of the north" (Seleucus, vs. 6), and those are "north" and "south" with respect to the Land of Isra'el. "Egypt" is so named in vs. 8. These should be enough for you to understand that this chapter is NOT about the present; it was about the PAST, particularly after Dani'el and before the first arrival of the Messiah.

The heavens (the sky or the atmosphere) nor the heaven of heavens (the sky of the sky, the sky of the atmosphere, or outer space) cannot contain HIM! No building - and that includes the temple of "living stones" - can contain Him! It was a FOCAL POINT for all people! It was a place where they could PRAY! It was a place where all the children of Isra'el - all of the progeny of the man Isra'el, once known as Ya`aqov or Jacob - could meet together and in unity PRAY to YHWH, the God of gods, the God of the Universe, El Elyon!

It's not about a Temple here or a Temple up in "Heaven" or a Temple within us; it's about PRAYER!!!

Have you ever noticed that in the "House of God," there are no chairs or beds?! It's not a place to LIVE; it's a place to MEET! It's a MEMORIAL, a MUSEUM, in the original sense of that word - a place to MUSE over things, to THINK, to MEDITATE, to PONDER, to CONTEMPLATE, to REMEMBER! And, that will be the purpose for a new Temple as described in Ezekiel.

I know you think this verse refers to Jerusalem, and the final babylon does refer to Jerusalem, but I can't get over the Denver, CO/ Rocky Mtn connection. Jerusalem persecutes the Jews, the US persecutes Christians.

From verse 7 we see that Babylon thinks that it is Christian, and is killing Christians that "have sinned against (their) God". Supposedly he’s been a Christian for what – at least 15 years? – yet his public actions consistently dispute such a notion.

He refused to speak in the presence of a cross; it had to be hidden beneath a cloth.

In another speech he sarcastically wondered hypothetically which religious lesson might be considered to be incorporated into governing, and very snarkily cited several Old Testament battle/brimstone verses. He was clearly amused by his ridicule of Jews’ and Christians’ holy book.

His wife does not travel with him when he goes to a Muslim country [Egypt, Turkey]

He doesn’t refer to Iran as “Iran”; it’s always “the Islamic Republic of Iran”

He doesn’t refer to the Koran as “the Koran”; it’s always “the Holy Koran”

In his Cairo speech he said “I have KNOWN Islam on three continents before coming to the region where it was first REVEALED”. You can observe a religion; to “know” it, you must belong to it. And ONLY a Muslim is going to describe Islam as having been “revealed”.

In the Cairo speech he also said, “…many Muslims recognize that Israel WILL NOT GO AWAY.” That terminology would only be used by someone with a hate-Israel mindset – not by a Christian. Loyalty to Israel is part of Christian life, and is non-negotiable. Genesis 12:3

Still Cairo: “American are ready to join with citizens & governments, community orgs, religious leaders, & businesses in Muslim communities around the world to help OUR PEOPLE pursue a better life.” “Our people” – he’s including himself – can only mean Muslims as most Americans already have the best life possible.

And he said, “The Holy Koran teaches that whoever kills an innocent, it is as if he has killed all mankind, and whoever saves a person, it is as if he has saved all mankind.” His audience was Muslims, so they know “the rest of the story”, which is that this “all mankind” in the Koran refers to believing Muslims only. Jews and Christians are never referred to collectively with Muslims.

And, “…in the United States, rules on charitable giving have made it harder for Muslims to fulfill their religious obligation. That is why I am committed to working with American Muslims to ensure that they can fulfill zakat.” Those pesky rules on charitable giving are in place to prevent Muslims’ ‘charitable giving’ money being used to fund terrorists. How unfair to Muslims!! Barry will fix it.

Cairo, again: “…Holy Land…a place for all of the children of Abraham to mingle peacefully together as in the story of Isra, when Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed (peace be upon them) joined in prayer.” Whoa! How come Barry the Christian is telling a story invented by the Muslims in an attempt to make out like Jesus and Mohammed were best buds? And how come Barry the Christian is saying “peace be upon them”? For Muslims, some things are reflexive – like saying “peace be upon…” whenever they utter the name of Mohammed. Oooopsie!

Most telling is the New York Times article from several years ago, where the interviewer reported that Barry had recited the Muslim call to prayer in a “near-perfect” accent. That would be in Arabic. And that would be something Barry supposedly hadn’t heard since he’s left Indonesia 25 (appx) years before. But, but, but…he TOLD us he was never a Muslim. Oh, wait – that was before he told us he was a little bit Muslim, for a little bit. And he also told the Times’ reporter he considered the Muslim call to prayer one of the most beautiful sounds on earth.

It could be confusing – except that it’s obvious he’s been a Muslim all his life. And that he’s a liar of the first magnitude.

First of all...it was a joke. Secondly, do you honestly believe because the RW media reported he is a Muslim that it makes it so? Did you see him attending a mosque on a regular basis? Were you there when he pulled out his prayer rug and faced Mecca? Did you see the Qur'an he used to take the oath of office?

No, I do not. I honestly don't care if it is left wing or right wing media, they are both corrupt. Our eyes and ears should be what guides us, not the media. I have no allegiance to Democrats or Republicans.

No, and that's my point. Just because the media said he ate pig, does not make it so. He could very well be a closet Muslim. Just because I have never seen him face Mecca, pull out a prayer rug and use a Qur'an to take the oath of office doesn't mean he doesn't. Besides, that could have just as easily been the Qur'an that he placed his hand on the second time he took the oath in 2008. We'll never know. That being said, no one knows for sure what he is. Obama is all over the place. I prefer to gather what I do see with my own eyes and what I hear him say with my own ears and put it into my mental folder. Personally, he is just a pawn doing his job like all those before him. Each adding a block to the Tower of Babel.
