I must have really loved Autumn, growing up in PA. I used to paint in oils here in California and most of my paintings were of Autumn and also some Winter scenes.

So guess I really missed those Seasons.

Currently have the window open just an inch. It's a little bit cooler in the daytime. They say maybe light drizzle on the weekend. We usually don't get rain this early in the Season. But I love it.

Hi! Wow that's warm. I used to be used to that in California, but now I've sort of got weak to the Pacific Northwest weather.

I've been drinking PowerADE during the hot weather this year. I find as I get older it really helps me to stay cool. PowerADE has 30% more electrolytes than the leading sports drink and it's cheaper here too. I tried drinking water and eating foods rich in electrolytes, but with my cystic fibrosis I just go thru too many electrolytes for a normal diet perhaps.

Well I'm glad to hear it will be cooling down there. Fall is wonderful!
