My day is hectic but going well. The weather is gorgeous and spring flowers are in bloom.

We're near the mountains, so its cooler than Im used to. It makes for a balmy spring.

I am starting a new med today. I am hopeful but also nervous about it.

Just went on a nature walk. Spring is really beautiful here. It's 56 degrees.

It's 65F here so I'm living the good life I guess right now. It was cold but it's starting to warm up. I like my walks. Glad you had a good walk, it always brings me peace.

Congrats on the new meds. I tried out 5 different medications before I found one that didn't make me too sleepy.

Good morning, CB. 8:23 EDT on the US East Coast. 35F (2C). Brrr! I had to bring the tender plants back inside for a couple of days.

The native dogwoods are in bloom, and the eastern redbuds are bright shades magenta. And my car is covered with yellow pine pollen. March in North Carolina.

Not today. I went for walks and am still going for walks though. I watched online Church this morning instead. I thought I would give it a week just to make sure.

I get stressed and it calms me down and I feel like I'm getting exercise. It's really comforting. When I first started on medication I was just laying down all day and drinking tons of coffee trying to stay awake. They switched my meds and now I'm much more active and drink less coffee.

It's Sunday at 5:39 pm and no one is posting. I posted like a half an hour ago and it's still in the new posts list. Molasses moves faster than that list right now. Wish you all were here to see this
