I said God preserved his Word meaning the MESSAGE of his word. We may not know the exact jots and tittles of the originals, but we do know what the originals conveyed.

You can try to make that argument and you might get 75 percent there but it is NOT 100 percent true.

Didn't you also read about those religious people who were looking to the Scriptures instead of seeking Him?

(NASV) He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.
The version explain that same thing!! And they explain that He is the Word of God - not the Scriptures!!!
Jn 5:39, 40 (KJV)Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.
(NASB) You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; it is these that testify about Me; and you are unwilling to come to Me so that you may have life.
