That's about the first thing you wrote that I agree with. But God was referring to spiritual death.
Well, read this: In Genesis 3:2 did Eve receive the command not to eat from the tree of knowledge of good & evil directly from God or through Adam?Adam misinformed her. That's why the serpent went to Eve first, while Adam stood by doing nothing.
Perhaps nothing else would taste as good, but that doesn't mean it would taste good. I disagree with the idea that one can become accustomed to the taste of dog poop. It is definitely not an acquired taste. Feel free to prove me wrong though. If you were raised on dog poop burgers nothing else would taste as good. What's the comparative?

Are you a universalist? Do you believe all will be saved?--- PARODY ---
God: Welcome to the afterlife.
Person: Who are you?
God: I created you for my own purposes.
Person: Like what.
God: For destruction.
Person: What does that mean?
God: You will be annihilated.
Person: Why?
God: It was my choice for you.
Person: What did I do to deserve this.
God: You were born a sinner.
Person: Not by my choice.
God: Right. By my choice.
Person: Was that fair?
God: It doesn't matter. You can't stop me.
Person: Who did you say you were again?
You sound more like the Devil than God.

LOLPerhaps nothing else would taste as good, but that doesn't mean it would taste good.
Yes. Universal Redemption. (UR)Are you a universalist? Do you believe all will be saved?
Well morality isn't, nor is truth. You don't need lies in order to know the truth. And you don't need evil to know good. The concept is pretty straightforward and it's clear you're just being difficult.LOL
Taste is relative. There are things that people in Asia eat everyday that I wouldn't. Like a hard boiled egg with a chick in it.
What tastes good is a personal and relative opinion.
Okay so what if someone enjoys raping and killing little children? Are they going to heaven? Will they still get to rape little children in heaven too?Yes. Universal Redemption. (UR)
Everyone is already saved due to the complete work of the Atonement.
If you are ignorant about UR, I can help. I don't aim to convert anyone to UR. Just educate.
Does this scripture fit your salvation doctrine? (probably not)Well morality isn't, nor is truth. You don't need lies in order to know the truth. And you don't need evil to know good. The concept is pretty straightforward and it's clear you're just being difficult.
No one goes straight to heaven. You believe in the "Judgment", right?Okay so what if someone enjoys raping and killing little children? Are they going to heaven? Will they still get to rape little children in heaven too?
Yes it does. The objective moral law of God is written on their hearts. That's their conscience. And when they disobey that objective standard given to them in their conscience, it will testify against them.Does this scripture fit your salvation doctrine? (probably not)
Of course I believe in the judgement. However I still don't understand what you're trying to say here. Will everyone ultimately end up in heaven? Will they be forced to repent against their will? Are you trying to say they'll go into purgatory until they repent? No one goes straight to heaven. You believe in the "Judgment", right?
I have a theory that everyone will be surprised at where they end up.
There will be an Age of Restoration. Every country, every leader (political and religious) and every individual will answer for their lives.
You believe in the "Judgment", right? Every idle word, action, and thought.
Mark 9:49 NIV
Everyone will be salted with fire.
1 Corinthians 3:12-15 NIV
If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw,
13 their work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light.
It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each person’s work.
14 If what has been built survives, the builder will receive a reward.
15 If it is burned up, the builder will suffer loss but yet will be saved—
even though only as one escaping through the flames.

Don't you believe that salvation is only through belief in Jesus Christ? Where's Jesus in that scenario?Yes it does. The objective moral law of God is written on their hearts. That's their conscience. And when they disobey that objective standard given to them in their conscience, it will testify against them.
Yes we are saved through faith in Christ alone. He saves us from our sins, and takes upon himself the wrath of God that we deserve. He is judged in our place. However as you pointed out Christians will be judged for their works (1 Corinthians 3:12-15) but this judgement has nothing to do with salvation (Titus 3:5)St. SteVen said:
Does this scripture fit your salvation doctrine? (probably not)

That's a great question, thank you. People who claim to hate Jesus haven't met him yet. That will make all the difference.Of course I believe in the judgement. However I still don't understand what you're trying to say here. Will everyone ultimately end up in heaven? Will they be forced to repent against their will? Are you trying to say they'll go into purgatory until they repent?
That would be like locking someone who hates you in a cold and dark basement, and punishing them until they "love" you back. There's no love in forcing people to do what you want.
But who are these "Gentiles, who do not have the law", whose consciences will be "defending them"? Are they Christians? (nope)Yes we are saved through faith in Christ alone. He saves us from our sins, and takes upon himself the wrath of God that we deserve. He is judged in our place.
I was raised evangelical. So, I pretty much know what apologetic opinions you are going to post before you post them.Non-believers will receive a different judgement.
This is a very common misinterpretation: Will everyone who confesses that Jesus is Lord at His coming be saved? That's a great question, thank you. People who claim to hate Jesus haven't met him yet. That will make all the difference.
Don't overlook the Strong's definition of "acknowledge" below near the bottom of this post.
And remember, I'm not asking you to agree with me, my goal is to help you understand, Fair enough?
Anyone who has knees to bow and a tongue to speak, in heaven and on earth and under the earth (in the realm of the dead), will whole-heartedly, and without reservation, acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord. No one can say that “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit. If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” you will be saved. Christ died and returned to life so that he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living. (the reason for the bodily resurrection) Scriptural support below.
Philippians 2:10-11
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.
1 Corinthians 12:3
Therefore I want you to know that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus be cursed,” and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.
Romans 10:9
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart
that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Romans 14:9
For this very reason, Christ died and returned to life so that
he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living.
Note on "acknowledge" in Philippians 2:11 from Strong's Concordance
S1843 eksomologéō (from 1537 /ek, "wholly out from," intensifying 3670 /homologéō, "say the same thing about") – properly, fully agree and to acknowledge that agreement openly (whole-heartedly); hence, to confess ("openly declare"), without reservation (no holding back).

What are the requirements for salvation in this scripture?Yes we are saved through faith in Christ alone.
Yes they are going to be judged. Well done! But who are these "Gentiles, who do not have the law", whose consciences will be "defending them"? Are they Christians? (nope)
Romans 2:14-16 NIV
(Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law,
do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves,
even though they do not have the law.
15 They show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts,
their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts sometimes accusing them
and at other times even defending them.)
16 This will take place on the day when God judges people’s secrets
through Jesus Christ, as my gospel declares.

"This is a very common misinterpretation." - LOLYes ultimately everyone will have to confess Jesus is Lord. They will be forced to bow to him.
It just showed you:What are the requirements for salvation in this scripture?
Matthew 25:34-36 NIV
“Then the King will say to those on his right,
‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance,
the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world.
35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat,
I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink,
I was a stranger and you invited me in,
36 I needed clothes and you clothed me,
I was sick and you looked after me,
I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

Yes even the demons believe in God! You can't believe something without acknowledging it, can you?"This is a very common misinterpretation." - LOL
That saw cuts both ways.
I asked you NOT to overlook the definition of "acknowledge", but here we are.
Here it is again. Please read it this time. Thanks.

That's very unfair. This is what every apostate says. "I believed what you believed but I'm significantly more intelligent than you and did the research and now I'm not as foolish as you". Always the same response! It's hilarious. The truth is you were never saved.
That reminds me of the backslider's manual:
1. Dethrone God
2. Sit on his throne
3. Make your own rules
4. Hold God to them
5. Create insurmountable hurdles to returning
6. Hop behind them feeling smug
7. Attack God every chance you get behaving as THE superior being in the room
8. Believe your own press
First rule of satanism: do as you want
Doesn't matter the brand. Same MO
