Jesus Fed 5000 miraculously in Matthew 14:
After the resurrection, on the Road to Emmaus, Jesus began a meal with 2 disciples in Luke 24:19 he directed the people to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people.
Paul practiced the same in Acts 27:30 When he was at the table with them, he took bread, gave thanks, broke it and began to give it to them.
1 Timothy 4:35 when he had said these things, he took bread, and giving thanks to God in the presence of all he broke it and began to eat.
There is no specific command to say grace before a meal. However, when in doubt, Ephesians 5:3 They [demons] will prohibit marriage and require abstinence from certain foods that God has created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. 4 For every creation of God is good, and nothing that is received with thanksgiving should be rejected, 5 because it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
It is good to pause and give thanks to God before eating a meal. When you do it in a restaurant, be sure to leave a Christian tip :)20 giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
