The "rapture" is a name for when Jesus returns to claim His children, living and dead, to meet Him in the clouds , a GLORIOUS DAY - Those who have endured in Christ until the end will be risen.

Sanctification is moving us towards perfection
When we arrive we will be in Heaven

I am not ruling it out that God could perfect someone to love perfectly on Earth - He did a nice job with Mary (who, like everyone else, besides Jesus, needed a savior). I believe looking to the disabled and children is the best place to find it, if a person exists; however, I have not found anyone yet.

Perfectness is to be completed, love is displayed as a product of Christ in you.
