I don't use translations as my primary source. The concordance by the way does not give you the grammar and syntax of a passage. Looking at a lexicon will give you the meaning of a word, but that is not the main part of exegesis.
I figured someone would respond without reading my post. God still performs miracles today, but the gift of healing is no longer given to believers. Not even the Apostle Paul was able to heal a fellow servant in the latter part of his ministry. 2 Tim 4:20. If Paul was unable to heal Trophimus, I am sure you can't heal.
And Heb 2. 3, 4 tells us that miracles was performed by the first generation of Christians, AND the second generation of Christians did not perform any miracles. You need to evaluate your experiences with Scripture, not the other way around. Experiences are neither true nor false. Finally, if you had the gift of healing, you should go to every cancer treatment center and heal those with cancer, and do it for the glory of God. If you can't do that, you do not have the gift of healing. Remember, unbelievers have healing prayers answered also.
