Yes,,,I agree. This goes back to how I said that our sin nature affects every attribute God gave to us.
He made us upright....but unless we become born again and obey God...we have fallen.
And may still fall --- but God always helps us to get back up and continue on our path.

We are made upright when we become born again and desire to please God.
And do you think we will be accounted for our sins after we ask forgiveness?
So it says that God had made man upright and speaks of their inventions
Ecc 7:29 Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.
And here there is none upright among men
Micah 7:2 The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net.
Here is him forgiving even their inventions

Jesus is "the way", and the LORD teacheth sinners in the way

Yes,,,I think we have to agree that God will forgive us of our sins...is this what you're referring to?
Romans 3:12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
Romans 3:13 Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:
The reference they lie in wait for blood pertains to their mouths
Prov 12:6 The words of the wicked are to lie in wait for blood: but the mouth of the upright shall deliver them.
Similar to lying in wait here with Jesus
Luke 11:54 Laying wait for him, and seeking to catch something out of his mouth, that they might accuse him.
And with Paul
Acts 20:19 Serving the Lord with all humility of mind, and with many tears, and temptations, which befell me by the lying in wait of the Jews:

The mouth of wisdom, or as Jesus said,

I know nothing except what the verse says, which said God made man upright, God is upright, man was made in his image, it seems to agree no?
You're understanding something from the above verses that I just don't.
But that's OK. The Holy Spirit speaks to us individually also.
I just don't agree with those that say that there are none righteous -- I thought that maybe you meant this.
But it seems you're going to places I've never been!

Since he is the INVISIBLE God and man is made in His image of maybe that image pertains more to the hidden man of the heart than the visible man

Just want to say, yes, we were made upright, but we fell when Adam fell.
But I also don't believe there is none righteous, no not one.
We're told that Noah was righteous,,,David was righeous, Abraham was righteous.
Paul was taking the idea from Psalm 14 and was exaggerating. I don't think it's a good idea to get doctrine WHOLLY from the Psalms or Proverbs....they're good for teaching but there's a lot of poetry there and hyperbole and we need to be careful.
