I cannot agree with much of this thread. The Father through His Son Christ Jesus is NOT going to save everyone. There will be many during Christ's future "thousand years" reign with His elect that will still REJECT Him, and instead choose to perish in the future "lake of fire" after that "thousand years.

It is called 'rebellion' against God.

Zechariah 14 shows even after... Christ's future return, there will still be rebellious nations that will refuse to come up to Jerusalem from year to year to worship The KING and keep the feast of tabernacles.

Dear MatthewG,
You said:
God allows me to choose to either have him in my life or not

I know that your statement seems right to you but there are ZERO scriptures which teach it. In fact, scripture contradicts it.
I don’t mind if you disagree. It didn’t doesn’t make me any less a believer in the will God gave me to choose. Just like Adam and Eve. Thank you though for your reasonings. But I don’t have to accept what your reasonings are.

Thank you for sharing your reasonings! We definitely have a different perspective and I won’t argue against that. I could ask some questions but I’ll leave it at your word..

Not my... reasonings, but God's written Word...

The following Scripture takes place in Christ's future "thousand years" reign of Rev.20 when He returns...

Zech 14:16-19
16 And it shall come to pass,
that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.

18 And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
KJV

Now is there anyone else with an idiotic sassy remark claiming I was just pushing my opinion?

You’re pushing things that’s not written concerning us today; however you stress they are. It’s up to the person who explores the text to decide. Not just because you can quote it. You’re more than welcome to believe Jesus is still coming. I am some one who has faith he has already came, but that’s a personal belief in the face of a lot of people’s rejection.

Thank you Davy for your reasoning again based on what your belief personally must still come about!

Many people are angry; sometimes; that anyone could ever say “Jesus already camebut it’s a faithful preference. A made choice.

I know I may seem idiotic and crazy a no good
with no religious degree in my hand and what not: but the disciples a lot of them were fishermen.

Thanks Davy.

2 Corinthians 5:19
to wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them, and hath committed unto us the Word of reconciliation.

Either Yahweh has reconciled the world unto himself or not. The text above concludes what had happened.

You are NOT welcome, and may GOD rebuke your SASSINESS. So get ready, it is coming.

Davy. Glad I can be forward and honest with you. Sorry you find it so sassy. Take care! I’ve learned how to handle conversations better over time.

I see no honesty in your words to me. Only your haughtiness and sass. When you sass a Scripture Truth someone is trying... to show you, you are not sassing the person showing you. You are in effect sassing GOD in His Word. May He teach you to know the difference.

I disagree with you. I haven’t made any negative remarks toward you. Just because I believe and have a differing perspective doesn’t make me lake of fire bound.

No... you disagree with GOD in His Word. Don't worry, He will eventually SHOW YOU the difference and what it means to SASS His Word.

It not written to me. How can I disagree that Jesus did not come?

But you must idolize his word or something. Very strange conversation here, @Davy.

I’m not sassing anyone, you or the LORD.

Trusting in God and Jesus. Jesus promised to come back one time… not twice. Many people totally miss it. Many people are mislead in false hope. I could only imagine the state of mind, they can cause for believer.

I’m very thankful for the Bible. It’s a source concerning the things of God, in my opinion my trust doesn’t go to the book though.
My trust goes to Yahavah, and his Son! Even with the evidences of the book; my trust and reliance must be on them.

Because the Bible is a collection of books for our beneficial learning.

This is heavily important, of course many people do not believe it is true, and that is okay.

Did you know that God has reconciled everything back to himself in and through Christ?

God's reconciliation is universal only in that, its offered to Everyone, who BELIEVES.

See, the Salvation that is found as The Cross of Christ, is offered to everyone.......but, its not applied unless you Give God your Faith in Christ.

So, The OFFER of Salvation (forgiveness of your sin).... is UNIVERSAL, but the application, .. the receiving it, is based on giving God your Faith, in Christ.

This is "GRACE...(God's Grace) THROUGH Faith"... you receive it based on FAITH IN CHIRST that you give to God...first.

As that is the only WAY that God will give to you, what Jesus has accomplished as His Sacrifice on The Cross.

So, when a person or a theology is teaching that you are already saved, and that your faith is not required, then they are teaching a LIE, and are denying the Gospel..

Paul teaches that They are this one...

Galatians 1:8
