Sexuality:

Feminism - have pre marital sex, no slut-shaming, shack up/cohabitate, online sex workers are empowered, no need to prioritize sex with husband during marriage, though.

Femininity - Stay sexually pure, give yourself to your husband, be sexually available to him.

Work:

Feminism - Can't trust men to provide, go to college, have a career, submit to a boss for a paycheck, husband and kids get leftover energy but you can have it all

Femininity - Proverbs 31, Titus 2 says Godly women are domestic and keepers at home. Husband and children are first priority outside of God, making money is doable but not the main priority. Lives contentedly within her husband's income and maximizes his ability to succeed.

Equality:

Feminism - in marriage, things split 50/50 with chores and work. More women need leadership roles

Femininity - in marriage roles are delegated based on innate strengths of men and women. More women need to be home for their husbands and children.

Social Media

Feminism - Share and expose body, status, wealth, marital issues, relationship issues, complain, etc

Femininity - Takes her issues to God in the secret place. Is okay being hidden in singleness. Protects husband and children's reputation in marriage

Marriage:

Feminism - Man follows, woman leads. traditional masculinity is toxic, mansplaining, and sexist.

Femininity - Woman follows and submits herself to husband's leadership so that the way of Christ is not blasphemed. Woman was made for the man. She is a suitable helper to him and shapes her life around his needs.

Church Culture:

Feminism - female preachers teaching all doctrine is okay

Femininity - 1 Timothy explains female preachers are not okay. Titus 2 mentors teach younger women to love their husbands and children.

Beautiful OP! Women all over the world need to read it.

My friend developed this mantra:
LOVE WOMEN
HATE FEMINISM

In another thread, I posted a 50 year study on the lie of feminism. The more feminism advances, the less women are happy. A true test of the validity of an ideology: RESULTS. Does it achieve the ends is claims? The evidence is in. The answer is no.

Feminism is all about self.
Feminity is about respect for self and about respect for others.

The ideas of 'Feminism' was originally part of the Communist manifesto against the family.

So it is sad to see the uneducated today thinking that movement came about naturally. It didn't. It was shoved upon the unsuspecting western Christian nations, just as the Communist platform said they would also push filth like homosexuality.

Looks like it's time again for my brothers/sisters to look up 1950s ex-FBI agent Cleon Skousen's 45 Communist Strategy points against the West. Many of them have already been fulfilled today by the Communists.

Why Christians cover and be modest__20240807_084435_0000.png

Modesty is a beautiful way to display confidence in Christ. Adam and Eve tried to sew leaves for clothing but were clothed by God Himself with animal skins (Genesis 3:21). That means animals were sacrificed to cover their nakedness which they were now ashamed of.

We have a better sacrifice now in Jesus' crucifixion (Hebrews 9:23). His blood covers our sin if we continue to walk in the light (1 John 1:7).

This is why it's wrong to be overly exposed even at pools and beaches. It's more important to represent Christ than hog glory and attention for the ways our bodies look.

Rather than focusing on divisions or rigid categorizations, let us reflect on how we can build a more just and merciful society that respects the dignity of every person, created in God's image. Our Church embraces the complementary gifts of men and women, recognizing that true equality comes not from sameness, but from the unique contributions each person brings.

In matters of sexuality, work, marriage, and social engagement, let us be guided by the virtues of chastity, diligence, fidelity, and prudence. These apply to all Christians, regardless of gender. We are called to use our God-given talents responsibly, to nurture our families and communities, and to live out our vocations with joy and purpose.

Remember that the Holy Family - Jesus, Mary, and Joseph - provides a model of love, sacrifice, and mutual support. In their example, we see that true femininity and masculinity are rooted in self-giving love and service to others.

Above all, let us focus on what unites us in Christ, rather than what divides us. Together, as one family in faith, we can work towards a world of greater justice, peace, and love for all.

When we succumb to low or toxic standards of being a woman in today's society, it becomes harder for men to justify the work it takes to become good protectors, providers, faithful husbands, and reliable men of God.

I personally see a lot of "hot mess Mom" culture, a push to accept obesity as healthy, and a sort of unspoken rule that it is harmful for a husband to expect or desire anything from his wife that she doesn't like. Can women expect men to do things they don't like, though? Absolutely.

Men begin to see no reward in marrying. Many just see it as gauranteeing the death of respect, fun, and intimacy with a woman who has more motivation to grow dissatisfied, divorce, and take the kids with half the wealth, then to invest and stay loyal through challenges.

Although men should seek to please God in any case, why should women hinder them? When we are excellent and Godly women, it is an inspiration and it affects men's sense of motivation greatly and it's really rewarding to experience that.

Feminism - sadly, like so many words has modernly taken on new meanings….

I think of Feminism with being all-round LADY-like…natural, tidy, reserved, patient, caring, helpful, type qualities… but today that has transformed into fake freakish looks, competing with men rather than having worthy relationships with men, content to have ANYONE (even governments) rear their children rather than themselves…then are shocked when their children are involved in dubious activities.

How much sense does make that a child or married person spends the majority of their Awake hours with someone other than their parent…or another person of the opposite gender?

Glory to God,
Taken

As an imperfect man who has suffered much in this area, I have found that the Biblical term "help-meet" not only means a helper who is suitable for him, but it also may mean one who helps to correct him.
I agree. Men don't just need practical help. The woman helps the man grow and mature.

This usually takes respect and good timing. But a wise husband can receive good counsel from his wife.
