IN brief; I am going to physically die, my soul and spirit depart my body and go to heaven, and my corpse rot and return to dust…whereby my soul and spirit will WAIT for my body to be resurrected in a new body, my soul and spirit return to my new body, Return to Earth with the Lord, enter His Kingdom for 1,000 years, Observe the renewing of the Earth and the city of Lights (the New Jerusalem) descend from Heaven….other events….then Judgement…and eternal life with my Lord God.
What about everyone else?

Amazing. You double down on doing what you claim you are not. Exegesis much? Add to Gods word to your hearts content I suppose, right?
YAWN! I disagree with you…so what? Move on. Your unfounded accusations are boring me.

@St. SteVen this subject is far more nuanced them first appears.

Have you ever studied Romans 10?

10 St. SteVen, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is that they may be saved. 2 For I can testify about them that they are zealous for God, but their zeal is not based on knowledge. 3 Since they did not know the righteousness of God and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness.

Paul's prayerful intent will not change the reality! Many will not submit to God's Righteousness and keep in mind we here are talking about those who have the Oracles of God! What of the many who will never open a Bible once in their lives?

The the Judaiser to whom this is written can you see what a stunning blow verse 5 is to them?

Moses sides with Paul on faith.

What lake is in the background of your avatar and in your hand?
Lake Superior. On what we call the north shore in Minnesota. (it's the western shore of Superior)
I'm standing on the beach at Split Rock Lighthouse. I'm holding a stone that I found.
Looked to be an oval shaped stone that broke in half in the center.

I like your avatar as well. Is that a birthday cake?
Thought it was food on a plate originally.

If you are not interested in posts or even threads, you are not required to post in them.

Regarding the so what of defending your doctrines not based on Scripture, I leave that to the reader.

Wow. I didn't know my username was biblical. Awesome!
Paul's prayerful intent will not change the reality!
Hmm.. isn't that "reality" a presumption?
Moses sides with Paul on faith.
Say what?

Is there biblical support for that?
Or is it just religious dogma?

There is a requirement for an elder to be man with only wife.
What does that say about everyone else?
Was there a problem with that, or only for a church leader?

I don't recall Jesus scolding the woman at the well either.
I believe a faithful marriage between a man and a woman is a prelude to one human man, one human woman practicing to become in a faithful one with one relationship with the Lord God.

Yes Stephen with a "ph" is Biblical and yes Paul is speak to you, that is if you consider yourself a brother of Christ?

Do you?
Hmm.. isn't that "reality" a presumption?
No - that's why I asked whether you have diligently looked at Romans 10?

Say what?
Romans 10:5 is interesting, have you considered it?

For Moses writes about the righteousness that is based on the law, that the person who does the commandments shall live by them.

I wonder if you can see Paul's point?

You will need to think about what sits behind his argument!

Leave it with you!

Ok thanks. Been to Lake Superior many times. Doesn’t really matter much the time of year or which Great Lake, they are freezing cold! My avatar is a paper plate, with Oreo cookies and marker. I’ve been told it looks demonic….lol.

Obviously you require the last word with yet another unfounded accusation….Have at it, your accusations do not define me.

Not biblical, then?
