The remnant of Israel and the disciples will be raised to enter the kingdom

[Gal 2:9 KJV] 9 And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we [should go] unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision.

I say they did not fulfill their commision because they abdicated going to the heathen nations

James was flayed alive in India
Matthew died in Ethiopia
Andrew was crucified in Greece
Philip died in Turkey
Bartholomew made it to Armenia

They were not to go to Gentiles or to Samaritans

The church had to start somewhere. It was that upper room when the church was born and the Holy Spirit first infiilled believers.

So at first it was 120 souls and grew from there in Israel and then Paul spread the church to the Gentile lands.

Paul did not give birth to the church, the Holy Spirit did. Paul was the Apostle to the Gentiles who in every city first went and preached christ in the sy7nagogues.

I will let ytou ask Paul. Scripture doesn't say so I will not make any guesses as to why he baptized just a few as far as written.

you are correct they all did baptize . paul did too . now it could also have been people with him
that baptized the beleivers as well .
I mean JESUS never baptized anyone , BUT HIS DESICPLES SURE DID .

In saying likewise I infer that whatever applies to deacons would apply to pastors. They both would have to hold the mystery.

The mystery is that Christ was forming the Body of Christ.
[Col 1:18 KJV] 18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all [things] he might have the preeminence.

That the body of Christ would reconcile the heavenly places, and the gospel of grace was not made known until revealed to Paul.

Paul even submitted to teh council of Jerusalem. why would he do that if they were not part of the body of Christ?

They asked Peter what to do
did he say believe Christ died for our sins was buried and rose again?
