How does death to life work? It works like you plant a seed, it germinates and brings forth life. Jesus said "lest a corn of wheat fall into the ground and dies" it cannot bring forth life. When you see Christ in other believers you are getting the major key to your understanding in scripture. Two keystone things that is everything to your understanding, the birthing and the natures, they must be fixed in your understanding to move on in God. When you see the birthing, you understand the words "born again," actually have meaning. They will mean everything to you, you can see everything has come about by a birthing. Your spiritual birth is more real to you than a natural birth, you don't remember your natural birth. How does this fit into our daily living, it's very simple. You want your marriage to work, see Jesus in each other. It works like that no matter where you are, on the job, at school, even at church, see Jesus in each other. Some of us need to apply that at church :-)
It becomes your crowning joy to see Jesus in his creation. Well brother you just dont understand my issue with them (whoever them is). Maybe not but that does not alleviate your responsibility to see Christ in other believers. Because he is there and you cannot judge them. Trust me on this one, the father is able to bring the rod of correction as a good father does when necessary, totally without my help. We stay in trouble because we want to do it, we will straighten them out, and you stay in confusion as to who you are.
If you are energized to do something, respect yourself and the Christ that is in you to see Christ in other believers. Nothing worse than a long tongue with a critical spirit, snap out of it, see Christ. You want to change the world, start where you are standing, nobody really cares what you believe they are watching your actions, how you express yourself to the understanding you espouse. That is the sign everyone is looking for in a person, open epistles read by men. You must see Jesus in other believers even if it costs you all the theories you have accumulated about Christianity.
Can you honestly say the lord is going to give two bits about what you believe when you stand before him. I can hear the voice of the father on that day saying "what did you do with my Son I put in you." Paul said we are to be judged by his gospel, there was no Christ in you the hope of glory gospel until Paul.
