42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.

44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common;

45 And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.

46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,

47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

I like the early church. Signs and wonders followed the apostles. It makes me feel like God was with them. I find in my life that signs and wonders follow God in my life. I've been to churches and usually feel the Holy Spirit in their testifying of the Bible and it's teachings. And in some I have seen healing performed. But I don't know of any church today that their leaders are followed by signs and wonders really.

I've been sort of considering which church to believe. And I don't think I've found one yet. But still God provides signs and wonders for me to follow him.

And I have studied sin and the commandments, due to threads that discuss them in the limited fashion. And what I found is that for a church to teach all of the commandments including the Royal Law (James 2:8), it must teach it's members to take care of the needs of it's members. And the church in Jesus time was doing that very thing by selling their possessions and making sure everyone had their needs met.
