I use this one:

It contains DMSO which helps greatly with absorption, rubbed into skin.
Is this a topical magnesium?
I've been reading through the thread and can relate to pretty much everything being shared here.
*Was bedridden for a time due to extreme trauma and stress.
*Heart arrhythmias
*Episodes of elevated, pounding heart rate
*Exhaustion

One thing I know is that trauma will deplete the body of minerals. I notice that if I am deliberate to drink at least 2 liters, usually about 80ozs of filtered water, take some licks of Redmond's salt with my water, and have Vitamin D3+K2, potassium, magnesium...my heart will calm down. In middle of an episode, just taking some swallows of water with salt, and potassium will bring a calm over me in about 15 minutes.

I also take an adrenal support supplement, Omega-3, and Co-Q10.

Try not to worry about that.

Since you stopped drinking six lattes a day, it probably won't return. Lattes have caffeine right?
I am not a coffee drinker, but the other evening, I had some keto ice cream with a little cold brew mixed in ...and I do mean a little (maybe 1/5 cup) ...that night, I had an episode of elevated heart rate for 2 hours. :( My heart and sympathetic system is too sensitive to caffeine. I have to abstain completely. Even having more than a tiny bit of keto chocolate can be an issue. Having more than 15 grams of carbs a day triggers it at times as well.

I cannot take caffeine either, even decaffeinated.

Yes the Mag. is topical.

@Debp @Hepzibah ..my vitamin D is ok, the doctor phoned me at 4:30pm ..she said I should get an over the counter vitamin, it’s called vitamin D3...she said it doesn’t have any calcium in it...is that correct?

She said my kidneys aren’t filtering through properly, so I need to continue to drink water, I’ve cut down to 1 litre..I had to get the doctor to phone me a second time, because I never asked enough questions the first time..my nutritionist wants this information..I’m now waiting for the surgery to email me all of my blood tests results, as the nutritionist wants to see those as well...

I haven’t slept today, I usually sleep during the day, I’m going to bed soon though...I need a lot of sleep.

How many hours do you sleep over a 24 hr period..and you @Debp ?
I often have a nap. I often go to sleep early 6-7pm, cannot stay awake, then wake after an hour then don't go back till 11-12ish, waking at 4-5 am. About 6-7 hours I would say. How much for you?

Vitamin D3 doesn't have calcium in it. But Vitamin D3 helps your body absorb calcium. However, for the calcium to go into your bones instead of heart or other soft tissue....you need Vitamin K. Not just Vitamin D3...or the calcium can go into the wrong places.

You can look up foods that have vitamin K2....or YouTube has videos about that.

About your kidneys, Dr. Berg on YouTube has videos about how to help your kidneys get better.

I stay up late...go to bed about 5 a.m. and get up about 1:30 p.m. or so.

Ok, I’m going to wait until I see my nutritionist for a follow up appointment, before I start taking any more vitamin supplements..I’m seeing her again on the 24-2-2025....I’ve once again written what you have said in my diary, then I will relay all that you say back to her,

Ok, I will do that, thank you.

Thanks again for your help, I very much appreciate it,x

I went to bed just after 6pm last night, woke up once, I needed the toilet, I’m up now , it’s after 4am, gosh I’ve had 10 hours sleep, obviously I got up to go to toilet, I soon went back to sleep afterwards.so my sleep was only disturbed the once, since my diet change on Monday,..
I’m sticking with it too, all sugar cut out, no cakes, sweets, chocolate biscuits, only 1 teaspoon of sugar in latte...I may even cut that out today.

I feel so much calmer in myself , plus much more energy...my depression seems to have lifted as well....I didn’t realise just how ignorant I was regarding food....all that rubbish I was consuming in a day, every day for years and there was me thinking I used to eat healthy...what a learning experience that has been...

Well done! It is best to get diet sorted out first before getting into supplements, as that is a whole new ball game - finding pure ones from reputable companies.

Also Vitamin D is said by many to be a hormone rather than a vitamin, and some people react badly to supplements including myself which is why I bought a Vitamin D lamp. Since then I found out that Lyme disease blocks Vitamin D receptors so it stays loose in the body which is what you don't want. Receptors are what gets it into the cells.

Many say that the levels which are accepted as normal here, are very inadequate and in Japan for example the rate classed as sufficient is way higher.

I woke at 3ish so decided not to lie awake and eventually go back as I have to make a rare visit to my surgery nurse first thing to give bloods for my yearly heamaglobin A1c having been pre-diabetic for many years. I know it has been spiking so am on to it already and all of a sudden, my overeating since I can remember, is fully under my control. It has never meant more than a stone or two (or three) in excess but for my height that is a lot.

I just woke up one morning and it was so. Very grateful that the Lord has helped me with this, and of course the work I have been doing in childhood trauma recovery this past year.

For my sweet tooth I found that Stevia is a safe sweetener so use it here and there like on porridge and the banana lollies I make (frozen and dipped in 100% cocoa and cocao butter I make myself)

Talking about porridge, the nutritionist told me not to eat it on its own, she said to add, something like blueberries, plus some nuts, a small handful....I’m still waiting for her to send me my food plan...via email...

Hi @Debp @Hepzibah , went to see my cardiologist yesterday, ..explained all my symptoms to her, my pulse was very low when the care assistant took my pulse it was 29 ...this doctor who I see every time I get a follow up appointment, told me to cut out the beta blocker called Bisoprolol Fumarate 2.5 mg, at night, I usually take one am then one pm, she said that a low pulse can also trigger AF, which does make sense as I usually go into AF late at night, occasionally I go into it during the day.

She wants to see how that goes, before she changes more of my medication, she has also told me to buy a Kardio device, which can record AF when I go into it, then the results can be sent to the hospital, how that works I have no idea, my Son is going to look into it for me, apparently she said it looks like a watch....I can’t believe how far technology has come....in the meantime she’s going to fit me in for a ecg, the echo I had last year she said was fine, just an update...Praise God ...I went to hospital on 2 buses, changed at Basingstoke bus depot, had a lovely look round the shops as I was a bit early.....I just knew that God was with me, working everything out all according to his purpose and plan for my life....my Faith seems to be going from strength to strength....I’m thanking him a lot more these days @Debp you will be pleased to hear....I know at times I have taken my Father God for granted...

Another thing, I love talking to people on my bus journeys, I met two lovely ladies, we had a lovely talk, one even had the same problem with AF the same as me.

God always brings me people to talk to on long journeys like this...I thank him for that.

I had better not comment on your medical problems @Ritajanice as I operate outside of the medical system and can spot problems miles before they get to a serious level and therefore can deal with them with home remedies.

But better health in the future as you change your diet. (I don't need dentists either).

By the way, copper toxicity causes AF.
