I don’t have zoom, I was also wondering how I could watch live...she has also got a YouTube channel, if I can’t watch her live, I will go onto her YouTube channel and subscribe.

They are apparently according to google 8 hours behind us...

@Ritajanice Not sure but might get sent to you afterwards as a recorded option. You can ask. Also not sure when it will get on her YT channel or if it will.

By the way:

"Naturally occurring compounds and elements such as magnesium have also been shown to act as calcium channel blockers when administered orally.[17]"

So sufficient magnesium will help you. Green veggies high in Mg.

Hi @Debp @Hepzibah just to let you know, I’ve had one set of blood tests at hospital, for the serum calcium level in blood, to see how the level is in the blood, now I’ve been on this new medication, hopefully get those results on Monday.

The endocrinologist also asked my doctor to take a full blood count, no idea what that means...plus blood test for kidneys, have to wait a week for those results.

You will both be pleased to hear, that my youngest Son is paying for me to see a nutritionist...he booked her and gave her my number ( phone)..she phoned me last night, asking questions, she knew all about serum calcium in the blood and was sure that she was going to be able to help me....just like you 2 have certainly helped me, as you are far more knowledgeable in nutrition than I am....

Any way she is going to email me next week, for an appointment, she wants to know all the medication I’m on, plus I will take all my hospital letters to her...she knew all about the parathyroid gland, which was obviously ruled out, after all the neck scans I had.

I still have been AF free..since last time we spoke...I’m still very anxious about going into it again, would appreciate your prayers, helping me overcome this anxiety...feeling much better with energy, but, I wouldn’t say I feel I have the strength to do to many heavy tasks.....I’m still sleeping in the day and resting....

How are you these days, @Hepzibah ?

Try not to worry about that.

Since you stopped drinking six lattes a day, it probably won't return. Lattes have caffeine right?
Yes, my Son said exactly the same thing, but, also to much serum calcium in the blood can also upset the rhythm of the heart...I wonder if the nutritionist will know this.

She also mentioned what you mentioned ,foods that absorb calcium...she will make a plan out for me, I’m sure.

It's Vitamin K that helps push Calcium into the bones. Instead of the Calcium going into soft tissue like heart muscle....the Vitamin K helps makes it go into the right place.

I take a multivitamin mineral tablet and also my Vitamin D. Also, I get Vitamin K from some foods besides what's in my multivitamin.

It means all of the measurements they do to get a fuller picture.

I am very pleased to hear that your son is helping you. However, there is a vast difference between nutritionists, from the conventional medicine ones and the functional medicine ones.

The medical system is now based on the pharmaceutical companies and the approval of shareholders. As in everything in our modern worlds, that means corruption at a huge scale.

The move is not to get at the root of chronic conditions, which is what functional medicine does, and the move away from talking about a cure.

For example, take diabetes which I have just discovered I have after being pre diabetic for a long long time, but keeping it in check with low carbing, which is conventional advice. The research which is not used in conventional circles says that low carbing will work for a time but in the long run will rebound which is what I have found. So I have got to the root and will not have to take drugs for life.

The research that functional medicine uses says that it is fat and most of all, polyunsaturated fats that cause the problem and must be reduced to solve the problem. I have been eating medium fat.

So just to warn you, not to put you off. We really have to do our own research these days and not just trust what we are told.

That is great and you have my prayers.
How are you these days, @Hepzibah ?

Thanks I am working on my diabetes and get my yearly Hb A1c soon.

(I don't know why it shows a heart instead of H b)

The supplement industry is nearly as corrupt, with Big Pharma buying them out. Cheap fillers.

This is a good company in the UK:

You must have them in the US.

I went into AF yesterday at 12 noon, it didn’t affect me that much as I was still able to post on the forum, it was a slow AF, thank God, it could have been so much worse...the good thing was, when I did come out of it after 12 midnight, I didn’t know it as I was asleep....woke up no AF...usually when I come out of it, I get a huge rush coming through my body into my head, which felt like it was going to explode, ...again Praise God for that....Cardiologist appointment I think is the 26-2-2025...all episodes of AF recorded...will present that to her and ask her about this rush coming through me...that’s the part that really scared me, plus it’s caused me great anxiety, being honest....I feel much more relaxed this morning, after coming out of it, without that horrible part...God is good all of the time.

I still have been AF free..since last time we spoke...I’m still very anxious about going into it again

I was having a combination of AF and anxiety attacks frequently 1997-2000. Then less frequently up until around 2011.

I resisted all medical advice about taking medications and seeing cardiologists (I don’t trust the industry).

I haven’t had AF since 2011.

But I do get anxious whenever my heart goes into a brief flutter or abnormal beat sequence every once in awhile…

Thank you .

I have to see a cardiologist as I’ve had open heart surgery...

@Ritajanice This is by a cardiologist. Vitamin K2 helps Vitamin D get Calcium into the bones rather than depositing it into the arteries.

@Hepzibah @Debp ....I’m so excited that I can’t wait to share my news, when I saw the nutritionist....she was so positive...explained so much to me, all the good foods all the bad foods...making up a meal plan for me...I’ve started eating healthy already, when I got home ,I made porridge, blueberries and a few nuts added...no more sugar, a treat now and again, 1 latte a day...another thing we spoke about was the mind...I couldn’t really tell her that I have been under spiritual warfare...I’ve been listening to that darn enemy in my head..Praise God ...he showed me..,I just can’t believe that I was believing his lies, anyway that’s another story.

@Debp ..I said my friend asked me to ask you this, vitamin K2 that helps vitamin D3 put the calcium in the bones rather than the arteries...she knew all about that Sis, before she can help me with that, I have to get a blood test first for vitamin D...to see where I stand with that...will make an appointment for that blood test tomorrow...my mood has even lifted after speaking with her...I am much more positive and know that God is in the situation...I’d just like to thank you 2 for all the vids you posted and advice that you have given me, you’ve both been a great support to me,x

Glad it went so well!!!

Let us know your vitamin D level later, if you remember. Low levels can cause depression and fatigue.

A friend once told me her D was only at 5!!! I couldn't believe it. Her doctor had to put her on 50,000 units of D3 to get it up. The lowest it should be is 30.
