Looks like you didn’t want to read 1 Corinthians 15. I’ll give you a glimpse.

“So it is with the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised up in incorruption. 43 It is sown in dishonor; it is raised up in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised up in power. 44 It is sown a physical body; it is raised up a spiritual body. If there is a physical body, there is also a spiritual one. 45 So it is written: “The first man Adam became a living person.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.”

Looks like the resurrection Paul is describing involves a transformation wouldn’t you say?

More like a glorification. Once again you cannot have a resurrection unless what was laid down is stood up AGAIN that is what the "ana" of anastasis means= again!
Yes we will vbe raised glorified like Jesus. But if you remember what God said, that the life of the flesh is the blood! When Jesus appeared He told the disciples He was flesh and bone! No blood! For He poured His blood for the removal of our sins.

So when I rise from the dead, I will be flesh and bone (immortal) with the spirit in stead of teh blood in my body! It really is that simple.

Now a free bible lesson. biblically in the Greek, transformation is "metamorphis" which means to change (meta) form (morphus or morphe)

Jesus did not change form, He simply became glorified which is what all true believers in the death and physical resurrection of Jesus will experience.

Jesus said a spirit does not have flesh and bones as he has (Luke 24:39).

I believe that in the Rapture we will have spiritual bodies (being like that of the angels in heaven - Mark 12:25), but in the Millennium and the New Earth, believers will be physically resurrected with actual flesh, bones, and blood.

Revelation 20:4-5.
“And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.”

Think of the prophecy of the valley of dry bones in Scripture.

While Jesus still has a human body like us, He is not exactly like us in every respect seeing He is God Almighty in the flesh (i.e. the Word made flesh). In short, He is God incarnate. We are not.

Hebrews 7:26 says,
“For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;”

Currently, the faithful believers who die go to Abraham’s bosom. When they rise up in the rapture, they will receive this new spiritual body (not a hybrid body).

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
16 “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”

What place or location exactly are the dead in Christ rising from in the Rapture or the Catching up event?

Abraham’s bosom.

Anyways, hybrid cars are good. But being a hybrid in the Bible is not good. For example: The Nephilim are the result of human women and angels (i.e. they are hybrids) which is not good. Angels have spirit bodies and they are not hybrids unless they are Nephilim. This is why I reject the glorified body statement mindlessly made by most Christians today. They just say it as a matter of fact when the Bible does not really say we have some kind of hybrid body. That makes no sense. They make this false conclusion just because Jesus appeared in the room when the house was locked down. But again, Jesus is GOD. He can move the molecules of the wall to open if He wanted and then re-close it back up. Some might protest and say, But Scripture says, Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God. However, Jesus would be an exception to the rule on this because Jesus is GOD and therefore He has no need to inherit anything because He owns everything seeing He is GOD). Believers take part in the inheritance of Christ (Romans 8:17). Romans 8:17 does not apply to Jesus because we are to partake in our inheritance through Him (being joint heirs with Him).

I very rarely lie, I would like to say I don't but of course that would be a lie. I may be wrong, and what I say may be true or false, but I really don't care for false accusations at any rate. If you think I have lied then post it. You stated in your post: And as I have showed you many times- Jesus is called Yahweh. What I said in the last post was gospel truth, you were unable to show it because Jesus was never called Jehovah(Yahweh) ever in Scripture, only in your own interpretation which is caused from a lack of research, and adherence to a severely altered version of the Bible.

If you believe you can, then post one verse, not a book, and we will examine it more closely. Afraid to put it to the test Ron? Not me! Go ahead, take your best shot sir.

Well you have lied twice to me so sorry. You own it.

FAQ: 1Cor 15:50 says that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of
God. Wouldn't that fact alone preclude the possibility of Christ's crucified
dead body restored to life and taken to Heaven?

REPLY: Yes.

FAQ: Well then; how is it that classic Christianity insists his crucified body is
up there?

REPLY: Because that fact alone isn't all alone; there's more to the story.

Out ahead sometime in the future, the chemical characteristics of the bodies
of Christ's followers will undergo a miraculous transformation as they
levitate up to meet him in the air. Their bodies will be rendered immortal
and impervious to disease and aging processes. (1Cor 15:51-53, and 1Thess
4:13-17)

I should think there exists sufficient reason to propose that Jesus' crucified
body underwent the very same adventure when he was levitated up to
heaven per Acts 1:9-11. In other words; his crucified body is no longer a
normal human body, rather; a superhuman body.

Phil 3:20-21 . . As for us, our citizenship exists in the heavens, from which
place also we are eagerly waiting for a savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who will
refashion our humiliated body to be conformed to his glorious body
according to the operation of the power that he has, even to subject all
things to himself.

Well if you put away watchtower material and read just the bible alone, how long before you are disfellowshipped.

In my church we read from Scripture alone, we don't need a watchtower or awake. we accept books from all sorts of authors that are followers of Jesus! But if people do not read them, they are not shunned or looked down on!

We exalt the bible as the final source for individuals and that it is a book for people and not an organization.

We will be rejoined with out bodies and be glorified as we wewre designed by God to be. After that I cannot say much more as to what our bodies will actually be.

One of Paul’s major points in 1 Corinthians 15 is that, if Christ be not raised, then we are yet in our sins. Jesus had to still have the same kind of human flesh that we have for a successful resurrection. Jesus could not have raised with horse flesh or the flesh of something other than the same body He had. Jesus is to be our Mediator or Heavenly High Priest between God the Father and mankind. Conquering sin and death was a part of that. Just remaining as His spirit self as the Son of God would not really save mankind according to God’s own Word. There needed to be a real resurrection of His old dead body. Thomas seen the nail prints in his hands and this is proof it was the same body that Jesus had before and not an entirely new body.

There is a gap of time between Philippians 3:20, and Philippians 3:21.
When we look at Philippians 3:20-21, it cannot be saying we will have some kind of spirit body like Jesus, or some hybrid body like Him because Jesus said that a spirit does not have flesh and bones like He had. In addition, Scripture says: flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, too. Jesus has flesh and bones unlike a spirit (Luke 24:39). So it would be impossible for us to have flesh and bones and yet enter heaven (the Kingdom). The glorious body we will have like our Lord’s body will simply be the bodily resurrection that takes place in two phases (The first one in the Millennium, and second one upon the New Earth). Those up in Heaven who are raptured in the future will one day be resurrected bodily. The city of New Jerusalem (from the Rapture) having their citizenship in Heaven (Philippians 3:20) will come down from out of Heaven and land on the New Earth. It is on this New Earth whereby they will receive their body that is like Christ’s physical body (Philippians 3:21). It’s a glorious body because it is His body and because it will never die. Nothing is said that it is some kind of hybrid body. That’s Nephilim talk.

I am glad to hear that. I have heard Christians in the past say that our glorified bodies are both a combination of a spiritual body and a natural body (i.e. a hybrid body). I believe faithful Christians will be resurrected physically one day to enter the New Earth. This body will be after the likeness or DNA of Jesus Christ. Meaning, Jesus will be the Everlasting Father to all faithful believers because their DNA will be from Him in the resurrection. I did a study on this a long while back and need to find the verses again.

I believe we will have the same DNA as Jesus in the final flesh and blood bodily resurrection because He is called the Last Adam (a life giving spirit) and because Abraham’s descendants will be as innumerable as the stars of the sky. Abraham is the father of the Jews. The valley of dry bones prophecy will also be fulfilled by this, as well.

The passage below is deliberately misquoted. Watch for the revisions.

1Cor 15:42-44 . . So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in
corruption, it is raised up in incorruption. It is sown in dishonor, it is raised
up in glory. It is sown in weakness, it is raised up in power. It is sown a
physical body, it is raised up a spirit body. If there is a physical body, there
is also a spirit body.

Catch the misquotes? Well; there is no mention of a spirit body in that
passage. The actual word is "spiritual".

The Greek word translated "spiritual" is ambiguous. It doesn't necessarily
refer to the characteristics of thin air. Below is a list of spiritual things that
bear absolutely no resemblance whatsoever to the bodily chemistry of an
angel or a demon.

Spiritual gifts (Rom 1:11)
Spiritual law (Rom 7:14)
Spiritual things (Rom 15:27)
Spiritual people (1Cor 2:15)
Spiritual nourishment (1Cor 10:3)
Spiritual water (1Cor 10:4)
Spiritual rock (1Cor 10:4)
Spiritual counselors (Gal 6:1)
Spiritual blessings (Eph 1:3)
Spiritual music (Eph 5:19)
Spiritual understanding (Col 1:9)
Spiritual housing (1Pet 2:5)
Spiritual sacrifices (1Pet 2:5)

There are some other things in addition to immortality that are known about
the spiritual body.

1» The spiritual body is patterned after Christ's glorified body.

Phil 3:20-21 . .Our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a savior
from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables him to
bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that
they will be like his glorious body.

2» The spiritual body is fully human.

Heb 2:5-8 . . For it is not to angels that he has subjected the inhabited
earth to come, about which we are speaking. But a certain witness has given
proof somewhere, saying: “What is man that you keep him in mind, or the
son of man that you take care of him? You made him a little lower than
angels; with glory and honor you crowned him, and appointed him over the
works of your hands. All things you subjected under his feet.” For in that he
subjected all things to him God left nothing that is not subject to him. Now,
though, we do not yet see all things in subjection to him;

Heb 5:1-6 . . For every high priest taken from among men is appointed in
behalf of men over the things pertaining to God

3» The spiritual body is capable of dining upon ordinary foods and
beverages.

Matt 26:29 . . I tell you: I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now
on until that day when I drink it anew with you in my Father's kingdom.

Luke 22:15-16 . . I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you
before I suffer. For I tell you: I will not eat it again until it finds fulfillment in
the kingdom of God.

Luke 22:28-30 . . However, you are the ones that have stuck with me in
my trials; and I make a covenant with you, just as my Father has made a
covenant with me, for a kingdom, that you may eat and drink at my table in
my kingdom,

4» The spiritual body is visible to the naked eye.

Acts 1:11 . . Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This
Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in just the
same way as you have watched him go into heaven.

1John 3:2 . .We shall see him just as he is.

Rev 1:7 . . Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see
him, even those who pierced him

So for hundreds of years (long before the Modern scholars came along after Westcott and Hort started the Modern Translation movement) people who had the King James Bible were simply deceived by what their own bible said?

Sorry, I don’t believe that.

I believe God preserved His words for today. Most who play the original languages game today cannot point to any perfect Bible (even in the Hebrew and Greek) that exists on this planet. Generally, those who are into the original languages over what the English says do not believe there is no inerrant, perfect tangible Holy Bible he/she believes is the pure words of God; However, they are quite eager to point out what they think are errors in the King James Bible. But faith comes by hearing and hearing the Word of God (Romans 10:17). If you don’t have a perfect Bible, then you become the authority because not all Alexandrian manuscripts agree with each other. In fact, the Alexandrian manuscripts are inferior and the Modern English bibles that are based off of them have changed actual doctrines (When compared to the KJB) (See here for a list of changed doctrines). This does not mean I don’t use Modern Bibles. They are helpful in updating the archaic English in the KJB, but Modern bibles cannot be my final word of authority and neither can the original languages of those manuscripts be my authority, either (for they all say something slightly different and they change the Bible at times for the worse and not for the better). God does not make mistakes. He either preserved His words perfectly today like He said He would do or He did not (See: Psalms 12:6-7). Seek ye out the book of the Lord and read (Isaiah 34:16). God does not say in His Word that He requires us to know some better and ancient language. Scripture teaches repeatedly that He preserves His words with the copies and God’s Word has even called that Scripture. James says God has chosen the poor of this world to be rich in faith. Meaning, it’s not the fat cat scholar with access to the best manuscripts. It’s the simple guy who just reads the Bible plainly in English and just believes. Modern Scholarship has even led men to depart from the faith even. This happens most often at Bibles schools when students learn to no longer trust their own Bibles in English and they start to believe there is no perfect Bible on the planet (Whereby they can potentially dwindle in unbelief).

So when new manuscripts come out… will you change your theology or view of the Bible again? My belief in God’s Word is not like the shifting sands. God’s Word is perfect because God is perfect, and God does not make mistakes.

Psalms 119:140
“Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.”

In 1992, American religious scholar J. Gordon Melton placed the Jehovah's Witnesses denomination in a list of "established cults".

Deal with my previous points (from my previous posts to you), and I will be happy to indulge your new content and or information that you see as a challenge to me (When in reality it really is no challenge at all seeing the obvious silliness of the JW religion and its inconsistencies).
Well, if J Gordon Melton says so, what more could possibly be said!

I find it interesting that folks almost automatically put so much stock in testimonies from people saying they have been abused by minority denominations. There is a sensationalism factor to that, not unlike that upon which the news media outlets thrive.

Mainstream evangelical Christians love to jump on the bandwagon of condemning groups like the Mormons or the Jehovah's Witnesses because it's practically "cool" to do so, and they'll get a lot of "AMENs" to shore up their triumphalist delight. But try finding a big following of a guy who says he was "abused" by a Presbyterian or Baptist church. Not gonna happen; not likely, anyway. Because it's no fun deriding the "accepted" churches. It doesn't "get views" or "trend."

This just serves to once again remind me that there are so many improper motivators that actuate religious behavior. And that's because Christ and His Spirit are pretty much Strangers here. I've stepped away from here for a few weeks and, coming back, it's hard to stomach so much of what I read. I think most of the concern expressed about what passers-by might think about orthodoxy is very ill-conceived.

Anyone who pops in here to see what's up is going to run away very quickly. The disunion and sly disdain are almost gut-wrenching if you allow yourself to fast from it for a while. Even when I am, myself, well mired in it, I often have trouble clicking -Like-, even on posts I agree with because of the spirit that is so often exhibited alongside even the most precious truths.

We are, by and large, a bunch of folks just checking in to get our fix of tense argumentativeness; our daily dose of conflict non-resolution, as it were. There are some exceptions to the rule, of course. And this is not an indictment of this forum in particular—it's the same pretty much everywhere, apart from the nuances and varied tastes of moderation. I hear very, very view claims of edification and virtually none of evangelization.

We Christians kinda stink at what we do.

Thank God Jesus is working in spite of us.

“Jehovah” appears no where in the New Testament.

Jehovah does appear in the OT. Emphasis; JEHOVAH, in Scripture.
God is called by numerous names and titles.
Why would that be a bother to you?
An individual man is called by numerous names and titles.

Ex 6:
[3] And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.

One reason I check in here is to see the how those of the “accepted churches” behave. Jesus said a good tree produces fine fruit. None of us are perfect but the behavior of these zealots is anything but Christlike.

The JWs say the Lord Jesus was impaled, but Philippians 2:7, etc., is clear that it was at a cross that He died.

To be correct. Impale does have a meaning of to Pierce.
Yes Jesus’ BODY died hanging on the cross.
Yes Jesus was thought to be dead.
Yes a Roman soldier did pierce Jesus’ side to confirm his death.

However the Spiritual UNDERSTANDING of the events ARE:
1) Jesus came to GIVE his BODY unto death for the LIFE of the world.
2) Jesus’ BLOOD had to be spilled for the FORGIVENESS of sinners.

The pleas to KILL Jesus’ BODY, was by the MOUTHS of some Jews.
The pleas were HEARD by the Roman Authorities.
Roman Authorities wanted no part of Sentencing Jesus to Death.
The Romans had a Law (effective during a particular time of year)
...for Jews to elect a prisoner exchange, including the sentence
...exchange.
The “particular time of the year for exchange was at hand”.
The Roman Authorities effected the Law, for prisoner exchange.
The Jews desiring Jesus’ BODY to be killed, shouted out, WHOM they
....wanted exchanged. Which was a man sentenced to DEATH.
The Exchange was met. The prisoner set free, and Jesus assumed that
....mans DEATH Sentence.
The Jews desiring Jesus’ DEATH, shouted out, THE KIND of Bodily ...DEATH they wanted performed.....The Jews called for the most ...grueling DEATH OF: ...CRUCIFIXION.
The Romans Accommodated the Jews plea of Crucifixion.

The Romans IN consideration of Jewish Law; Tended to making sure
...Jesus and two others crucified at the same time nearing sun-set
...were DEAD, so their body’s could be buried before sun-down.
The Roman Soldiers....broke the legs of each man hanging to Jesus’ ...right, and Jesus’ left.
To be sure Jesus’ Body was dead, A Roman Soldier, Pierced (impaled) Jesus side with a spear, causing Jesus’ BLOOD to pour forth out from His Body. (John 19:34)

More of the details parallel Spiritual Understanding, perhaps another time.
Wish more details were revealing on which SIDE of Jesus was hanging the malefactor who confessed his Belief.
Do you know of any Scripture giving that knowledge?

Glory to God,
