You seem to think all Christians are the same lukewarm believers who do nothing but fornicate and get drunk and do drugs. I'd ask you to listen to Paul Washer talk about being hunted in jungles while trying to reach remote tribes, or watch as Nicholas Bowling sets an excellent example of patience as he deals with the LGBT and far-left shouting at him while he tries reaching the few lost sheep willing to listen to him preaching on the streets. Or next time you're in a hospital and you see nurses working overtime just to look after a lonely old woman, ask them how they can be so strong. In fact, ask yourself who built the hospitals? Universities? Our modern legal system? The modern scientific method? It's all thanks to devoted Christians taking the Bible seriously. Indeed there are many who don't, but they don't speak for Christians. No more than those disfellowed people speak for Jehovah's Witnesses. My problem is with The Watchtower, which is supposed to be getting divine revelation from God, yet will change its opinions for money and has made many false prophecies in the past. They want money and power just like any organisation does. The body of Christ is not an organisation. It's a family of believers all scattered round about the Earth. Most of them go unnoticed. For though they lived in the world, the world did not know them.

See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. - 1 John 3:1

And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. - John 1:5

Please tell me how this is not a man of God:
Heis, JWS don't think Christians are lukewarm! They teach Christians are all ANTICHRISTS.

they wont watch the video or click on anything you post. No jws do. not allowed to look outside of the tower.

You seem to think all Christians are the same lukewarm believers who do nothing but fornicate and get drunk and do drugs.
When the majority who identify as “Christians” do not obey the Christ, then the label is meaningless.
All Christians must be in “agreement”.....all JW’s are. (1 Cor 1:10) Can that be said about the churches? Not just of their members but are those church leaders in agreement with “no divisions among them”?
I'd ask you to listen to Paul Washer talk about being hunted in jungles while trying to reach remote tribes,
And you think this is something my brotherhood neglects? The difference between us and Christendom is that all JW’s are preachers.....we take the good news of the Kingdom to the most remote parts of the earth.
It’s not just our missionaries who do the preaching.....preachers are needed at home too. There are many “lost sheep” in our neighbourhoods....often sadly neglected by their churches. Unless you go to their church, and even when you do, there is no guarantee that you will get any help. We find this out when there is a natural disaster. When we help the neighbors of our brothers and sisters to repair their homes, it is often lamented that they wish their church provided such help......we are usually first on scene. The churches are generally missing.
or watch as Nicholas Bowling sets an excellent example of patience as he deals with the LGBT and far-left shouting at him while he tries reaching the few lost sheep willing to listen to him preaching on the streets.
Is preaching on the streets the only kind of witnessing the Bible speaks about? (Acts 5:42 Acts 20:20) Are these preachers talking to anyone in particular or are they doing what Paul said was a waste of time....”talking into the air”?
We have our street witnessing too, but we wait for people to approach us...we don’t just talk for the sake of talking and hope someone wandering by will listen. They know who we are, and if God prompts them, they will stop and ask questions.....and they will get answers and free literature.
I don’t really see what you see.....devoted Christians doing all these things? I see God permitting these institutions, though grossly inadequate to care for the poor, or the homeless, when the rich can afford the best of care....be it legal, educational, or medical. This is satan’s system and he looks after his own. Wealth is the pursuit of these institutions, not care for humanity......they are all driven by greed. You get what you pay for...and if you cannot pay, get in that very long queue and hope you don’t die before you reach the front.

Those individuals who care, do so because they are decent human beings.....if they are Christians, that’s a bonus.
No more than those disfellowed people speak for Jehovah's Witnesses.
Funny that......those who are not JW’s think they know all about us, and they believe everything they see on YouTube, regardless of whether they have heard the other side of the story.....or even if it is true. Gossip is what they are good at.

Like I said... clean up your own backyards before you throw your trash in ours.
My problem is with The Watchtower, which is supposed to be getting divine revelation from God, yet will change its opinions for money and has made many false prophecies in the past.
Tell me where we have ever claimed “divine revelation from God”? In over 50 years as a Witness, I have never once heard them say that. “The faithful slave” was appointed by Jesus to “feed” his fellow slaves their “food at the proper time” (Matt 24:45) and were to guide and direct Christ’s disciples in this “time of the end”.......since they are charged with doing so globally, I have to commend them for keeping us well fed and unified in these difficult days. People looking for answers rarely get them in Christendom. Ask them what the “good news of the Kingdom” is....(((crickets)))

We are directed by God’s spirit in the same way that the apostles were....taught and trained by the son of God. Being slowly “cleansed, whitened and refined” as Daniel said…..Bible study progressed over time, and revelation of truth was gradually revealed.....facet by facet.....God has never revealed everything all at once.
They want money and power just like any organisation does. The body of Christ is not an organisation. It's a family of believers all scattered round about the Earth. Most of them go unnoticed. For though they lived in the world, the world did not know them.
Unfortunately, you cannot tell them apart from the world.......and more often than not, they are indistinguishable. If they are involved in politics.....in materialism......in educational pursuits so as to gain prominence and wealth in their communities.....they are not true Christians. The real dedicated Christians are up before dawn cleaning office buildings or washing windows so as to earn enough to live and to devote time and energy to the work that Jesus assigned in the daylight hours. (Matt 28:19-20)

Money is not the be all and end all, to those in our brotherhood, yet God’s worshippers have always supported his worship materially. If there is property, there are expenses that have to be met. We meet them without having to pay a minister, priest or pastor to do what should be done for no payment.....
See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. - 1 John 3:1
While we are in 1 John 3 what about verses 10-13...?
“By this it is evident who are the children of God, and who are the children of the devil: whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is the one who does not love his brother. For this is the message that you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. We should not be like Cain, who was of the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his own deeds were evil and his brother's righteous. Do not be surprised, brothers, that the world hates you.” (ESV)

Can Christendom’s churches really claim to love their brothers when they all support the wars of the nations and will kill their own brothers in the faith because of their political position or because of racial differences?
Does the world hate you? (John 15:18-21)

1 John 4:20-21...
“If anyone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen. And this commandment we have from him: whoever loves God must also love his brother.“ (ESV)

Talk is cheap…..actions speak louder.

And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. - John 1:5

Please tell me how this is not a man of God:
I’ll answer this one separately…

Sorry, but when he talks about “the people who know God”, it is very apparent that he does not know God or Christ at all. (John 17:3) He is promoting everything I rejected in Christendom.

Speaking about Daniel when he says “my people are destroyed by a lack of knowledge”...I couldn’t help but agree. Those in Christendom display an appalling lack of knowledge. They don’t know because they don’t want to know.....our kids know more about the Bible that most adult church goers.

“Those who know their God will take action”...? And when the audience leaves that auditorium, what action will they take? As the days unfold, they will simply go back to what they have always done.
TBH…..I found him to be overly dramatic after a few minutes, although he starts off in a rather subdued tone. Was it emotion or education that he was giving his audience?

His take on Daniel 12 was way off the mark. It’s one of my favourite chapters and he speaks of “heaven and hell” there, when the Jews had no such belief. Jesus never taught that heaven and hell were opposite destinations for the human race…..

What is he actually urging these people to do? How are they to “serve Christ”? Are any of them capable?
What is the great commission? And what is “the eternal purpose” of God.

Does this man get paid for his sermons?
Matt 10:8…
”…You received free, give free”…..

”Into whatever city or village you enter, search out who in it is deserving, and stay there until you leave. 12 When you enter the house, greet the household. 13 If the house is deserving, let the peace you wish it come upon it; but if it is not deserving, let the peace from you return upon you. 14 Wherever anyone does not receive you or listen to your words, on going out of that house or that city, shake the dust off your feet. 15 Truly I say to you, it will be more endurable for the land of Sodʹom and Go·morʹrah+ on Judgment Day than for that city.”
(John 10:11-15)

Who are the “walking contradictions”.

Edit: you know what? I had responded to you. But I think it's better to dust off my feet. You wouldn't listen to me even if the Watchtower claimed Christ had returned and he told you in this new system you're not allowed to buy, sell, or trade without his mark of approval.

They lack critical thinking skills and are too proud to admit it. They claim to be well learned, but refuse to listen to opposing opinions. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools. Pride will be their downfall.
Plus they out and out change the bible.
Their defense is to lie about the changes.
They operate under the influence of the devil.
They are anti christ.
The reason they will not listen is because their soul is sold to watchtower.
A spirit is their master.
Only the Holy Spirit, in a working miracle can break their chains.
I feel very bad for them.
The devil has a strong grip on all of them.

When a non believer is raised from the dead, that indeed is salvation.
No, we'll all have to give an account on the day of judgement. Simply being left dead is not a fair price. Many people believe wholeheartedly they'll die and never have to give an account for the things they've done, and that's exactly what makes them do evil. They think this life is all there is, and they're perfectly fine with that, so it would be unjust of God to not judge them for those they have wronged. They'd essentially get away with it in their own eyes. They deserve to know what they have done and be judged for it.

Not according to the Greek definition of σῴζω which means to rescue from death. God save[d] the children of Israel from Egypt.

Do find one verse where it is talking about the afterlife instead of permanent life which was given to Enoch.

Jesus does not need your permission to raise anyone from the dead.
Jesus said " I am the resurrection"
You say He is not.
Many dead people are in hell.
The men of God read the Bible , and snatch sinners from flames.
But I guess " my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge " is the path most often taken.
You are making a case against Jesus and His book.

No I'm saying that everyone will be risen to be judged. But just because they're risen doesn't mean they're saved. The difference is Christians will be raised to everlasting glory. It would be unjust of God to leave the rest dead, to not raise them, and to not judge them. They deserve to be judged for what they have done. Death is too easy a price. Think about Hitler for instance. Do you think it's fair he just gets to stay dead and essentially get away with it? No he absolutely deserves to know what he did wrong.

All Christians have the responsibilty to preach about God’s Kingdom as man’s only hope for lasting peace on earth….it is the means by which God’s first purpose for mankind will finally be reestablished so that God’s will is “done on earth as it is in heaven”. “Anyone” hearing the message can pass it on to anyone else. (Rev 22:17) The great commission is something we take seriously, and only God’s spirit can accomplish this work. (Matt 28:19-20) It was to be done right to “the end”. (Matt 24:14) Where are the real Christians out preaching? (Matt 10:11-15)

What is Christendom waiting for? Something that is never going to happen….

The record of my replies is there for anyone who wishes to read them. I have already covered every conceivable subject so that the Karens can peruse them at their leisure and have the opportunity to whine to themselves and others about us. What do you supposed that accomplishes if John 6:44 and 65 are true?

NO ONE can come to the son without an invitation from his Father…..so nothing can prevent a person who is “drawn” by God from receiving that invitation except those like the first century Jews who lead them to believe things that are not really true. (Matt 5:11-12) Many Jews back then had time to repent…..those in this age will not. Jehovah will simply not “draw” them, and leave them in their deluded state.
I hope you know that a half truth is actually worse than an outright lie….

We will all know the outcome soon enough…..

Smearing the entirety of Christianity on a Christian forum.
Wow.
Pure evil.
It’s not the “entirety of Christianity” I’m smearing. (Though it’s interesting that you say “entirety”.)

I said “Christendom”, the various organizational religious entities that have strayed from Christ’s direction & commands.

Genuine Christianity, ie.,religion that is following Christ’s example, exists…. but it has no part in joining the world (John 15:19; John 17:14-16; James 4:4) or killing others. — John 13:34; Matthew 5:44; James 1:27

When the Apostle Paul reiterated God’s plea, “Get out from among them & separate yourselves” (2 Corinthians 6:17), Paul was quoting from Isaiah 52:11, but applying it to Christians (!) to avoid false worship. Getting involved in killing anyone is false worship… how much more so, killing brothers! It should be easy to see.

I hope you & everyone else who reads this will heed these words. It’s given in love.

If we ‘refused to listen to opposing opinions’, we wouldn’t be going from door to door. And be so effective!

Believe me, we’re confident in our message, teaching the “Good News of the Kingdom”. And how Jesus Christ’s sacrifice paved the way.

But we try not to get drawn into ‘fights’ or arguments. - 2 Timothy 2:24.

Hello, RedFan, hope you’re well. I appreciate your amiable reply.

However, I highlighted this:
….in light of Phil. 2:6-8.
Why did you leave out vs.9?

“Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name,”

Notice, it doesn’t say “The Father” or “The Holy Spirit”; it says “God”.

You take care, my cousin.

Okay then go read this post: AN OPEN LETTER TO JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES

Aunty Jane failed to respond to any of it. She just went on babbling about how blood transfusions are not allowed according to scripture (which is false but wasn't the main point), didn't actually address the fact the Watchtower changes its mind for money, didn't read the article or watch the video, and didn't respond to the other points like Colossians 1 being corrupt or the false prophecies the Watchtower made, but instead began smearing Christians and completely diverted the topic, refusing to address the blatant corruption, false prophecies and false doctrines that are changed on a whim in the Watchtower.

Let's see if you can do any better. Though I very much doubt it.
