1.2 May all of you comprehend and fully enjoy/experience
Grace =
being recipients of God's inherent and inexhaustible benevolence (grace), and
Peace =
being recipients of a restored relationship with God, the result of which forever settles your eternal destiny, and you are now able to possess a peaceful/tranquil and confident mind-set

both grace and peace have their ultimate source
in God our Father and Lord-God Jesus Christ.

1.3 God is to be praised for who he is and what he’s done
(Oh, that you would have a reverence for him)
the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
who has blessed all of us,
in the form of, by means of every kind of spiritual blessing (benefit)

(blessings that) have issued forth from the highest heavenly realm,

these (spiritual assets) are ours now by virtue of our permanent position IN CHRIST.

Paraphrase (Why is God to be praised?)

Consider how he has blessed us by examining our current position in Christ, how He [because of His love] chose us to this privileged position, a unique people for Himself,
and it is all ours now by virtue of our permanent position IN CHRIST,
this privileged position (as the Body of Christ, Christ’s Bride) was created by God long before the world came into existence,
and God had a specific objective/goal/purpose in mind,
namely, to create a holy and perfect group of people (for his Son),
who will forever be in His very presence. (And this he did!)

Excellent work this time. Just be very careful and stay very humble. Paraphrasing is a dangerous path.

I'd sooner call it commentary myself. Your are again inserting things not actually found in the text, that more reflect your understanding of other passages. Wouldn't you agree?

Much love!
