Most of us don’t experience hunting or killing animals in the U.K, so seeing the animal destroyed put both my son and daughter in law off having any meat from the animal. I am Sure others would have benefitted from the meat, so it wouldn’t have been wasted x

That’s the other side of it, someone has to take that responsibility - so it’s not just one person agreeing and doctors ect take an oath to preserve life. In Switzerland the medication comes in a drink form, I wonder if this is one of the reasons. The person takes responsibility.

Yes, this is more where I would fall - but it could be argued that we are already playing God when morphine is administered for pain relief as it speeds up the decline. Most of us would not disagree with having pain relief, even at a high dose - but in essence you are slowly killing yourself .
