@Jack - what exactly do you want to study or discuss from the video - sorry but it’s not exactly clear to people from the title. I have listened to some of the video but must admit not sure how you want to proceed with a study

Yes, that happens here as well but It doesn’t take months - a new cabinet is put together in the days that follow - but off course we are a much smaller country. However I would think that all about the pomp and ceremony would take planning.

Why does it take so long …Jan 20th , never understood that part - guess I am use to an election and the new leader takes office the next day - but then again we don’t have all the pomp and ceremony , the only thing that happens is a visit to the Palace to officially ask to form a government.
