Interestingly, things calm down a bit after I eat a carnivore meal in the mornings... usually some beef and eggs, butter. This morning, it was about 6ozs of chuck roast (with the fat), and 4 soft-scrambled eggs. That calm and energy lasts usually an hour or so ...then fatigue sets in again...
