Since more children and people have been killed by Israel than in the terrorist attack, should they stop?

What should of happened when the hamas group entered Israel. Most surely they wouldn't have stopped at just the border towns.

Were the brothers in Matthew 13:55 Mary's sons?

Now your cutting off half my statement, I'm done with your cursing and deceptions. That's appalling to say the least.

    'No Immortal Soul'? (Challenge)

Indeed, that's why some organs can be transplanted those cells are still alive after the breath is gone and can save a life. Skin and bone cells can live for several days. The soul is part of the mind.

Were the brothers in Matthew 13:55 Mary's sons?

Its possible there could of been 12 James, but I believe there was 2 disciples and 1 half bother named James. Yes thank you for pointing that out there was only eleven after the ascension. Jesus never appeared to Matthias unless on the road before the upper room. Matthias was on the road...

Were the brothers in Matthew 13:55 Mary's sons?

Though even here there are 12 named. Surely it's not Judas who hung himself or Matthias Acts 1 13 When they arrived, they went to the upper room where they were staying: Peter and John, James and Andrew, Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James son of Alphaeus, Simon the Zealot, and...

Were the brothers in Matthew 13:55 Mary's sons?

As I've mentioned there was three James, and one was Jesus half sibling. Matthias wasn't chosen during Jesus time on earth. Acts 1 is clear when Matthias was chosen. And the ending found in the four gospels is spoke of. Acts 1 9 After He had said this, they watched as He was taken up, and a...

    Can AI have a spirit?

If it could, it would be artificial lol.. Once the breath ceases, life is a cascade of events before the whole being is considered dead. Life can hang on, up to a week or more.

Were the brothers in Matthew 13:55 Mary's sons?

I believe there was three James. You posted the verses in Acts when Matthias was chosen by casting lots. No where does it say Jesus appeared after acts. Now the two on the road, there is Matthias before being chosen. Is probably the only correct answer considering the book of acts is well...

Were the brothers in Matthew 13:55 Mary's sons?

Yes I agree with you there was two disciples named James. And no Jesus did not appear to the 11 disciples after they had chosen Matthias. There is no scripture that supports that idea.

Were the brothers in Matthew 13:55 Mary's sons?

Yes I think your correct there was 2 disciples and Jesus bother was the 3rd. Interesting thing about 1 cor 15:5 there was only 11 disciples including Peter, Judas hung himself before the resurrection.

Has the church got Genesis all wrong?

As far as Jethro goes, he had afew names and titles. It appears he was Kenite for some time then a Midianite, called Reuel. Or the other way around. Numbers 10:29 Then Moses said to Hobab, the son of Moses’ father-in-law Reuel the Midianite, “We are setting out for the place of which the LORD...

Has the church got Genesis all wrong?

The sense of the verse is exactly what it says, Now I Know, not now I have seen it, or gosh darn he didn't know that. He was a preist of Midian. Before he converted. (Exodus 2:16, Now the priest of Midian had seven daughters. They came to draw water and filled the troughs to water their...

Has the church got Genesis all wrong?

I didn't say he was, He excepted the other gods concept until he learned there was only one great God. 11 Now I know that the LORD is greater than all other gods, for He did this when they treated Israel with arrogance.”

Has the church got Genesis all wrong?

It appears that time with moses He was converted. Interestingly the Quran says Midian was a place of corruption. I'm thinking the Jewish faith was spreading. After Jethro heard of all what the Lord did for Isreal the exodus and meeting with Moses he says this below "Now he knows". Went back to...

Has the church got Genesis all wrong?

Yes Jethro does mean that. I don't think Hebrew leaders of those times were called preist, though I could be mistaken. In Islam he is mentioned in the Quran as a prophet who was sent to the city of Midian. His people were destroyed because of their corruption.
