Is your Faith in the Bible or is it in God?

I don't have to read it; I wrote it! I did not say you were hostile tothe Bible. Please quote me correctly.

Is your Faith in the Bible or is it in God?

Show me where I said you were hostile to the Bible??? you will never find it anywhere in my conversation....

Is your Faith in the Bible or is it in God?

Per your request, I have quoted the entire post! Now, let the fun begin! Is it the most important questionI will be asked? No. It barely registers as a valid one. See, if I tell my wife in a letter that I love her, how's silly would it be for someone to ask my wife if she believes me or the...

    Heart rate problems

Hey, I am not saying you or Devin don't have this ability, I just question its accuracy. I question it because I haven't heard of such a thing and honestly don't know. I'd be a little more comfortable with a monitor.

    Heart rate problems

It's interesting you said that Amigo... Most Ameicans get far too much sodium. We eat too much processed foods, and it's a health hazard for us. But low levels of sodium can be a problem. A other problem is an improper balance of sodium with potassium and (to a lesser degree) calcium.

    Heart rate problems

Wow! That is strange! Ok then... First off, how did you count them? Some count for 10 seconds and multiply by 6. Some for 15 seconds and multiply by 4. Or did you do it for a full 60 seconds? This is important because if you are doing any partial minute counting you could be off a number...

    Heart rate problems

Do you exercise? If so, what and how intense? It is not unusual for a fairly good endurance trained person to have a HR that low. Some of the elites get down to 30. There are other things to consider. How did you monitor it? Pulse check or an electronic monitor? Either way it could be a...

Why do so many stumble over imputed righteousness?

I am not basing what I said based on his Epistle, although it does show his mindset. I am basing it on Acts 21, with a focus on verse 20 and the surrounding verses. It clearly shows the 1. These were Christian Jews, 2. They were still zealous to keep the Law, 3. It was contrary to what Paul...

Why do so many stumble over imputed righteousness?

Many stumble over imputed righteousness because they want to believe in their works. They want to believe that they are living a life worthy of salvation. They lean on grace for their short comings (because it is convienet) but prop up their lifestyle and choices as proof of their worth. They...

    Lucifer or a Fallen Angel

Yes.... I was reading it last week and it links it to Nebuchadnezzer. Most people know he was king of Babylon, but most don't know he was a Chaldean. He conquered Babylon. Verse 13:19 identifies him as a Chaldees and thus Nebuchadnezzer. I have no doubt that they have meant Venus the planet...

    Paul

I believe he was. Peter endorsed his epistles as being scripture in 2nd Peter 3. Second, he knew his importance as an Apostle. In Ephesians 4 he lists Apostles first (even before prophets) in the role of perfecting saints. God inspires scripture by moving on men to write it. If by chance...

King of Tyre or a Supernatural Creature of Darkness

I do believe the King/Prince of Tyre was a real life man. Tyre is a city in Lebanon. I originally thought the city was an island just off the coast, but I may have to back off of that. Nebuchadnezzar laid seige to the city for 13 years, forcing it into tribute. Some historians say it was a...

    Non-Trinitarians, Please Answer This

I am thankful that you appreciate the humor, and that you see my point. The notion that Jesus looks schizophrenic doesn't deter my position. Yes, it does make him look that way to a non believer, and he was treated as such. This guy not only claimed he knew the way and knew the truth. That...

The Happiest Day of your Life

I got married was one day and another day my wife and I both latched on to a ministry that spoke Truth. But my happiest day had not come yet.

    Non-Trinitarians, Please Answer This

I am a nontrinitarian, and my answer is this: Jesus IS God. He is fully God. He is fully the lamb; it was just a different manifestation of the one SINGLE God. It is not a different person sitting on the same throne with another person (is the throne of God actually a love seat? Big enough...

    Can angels have sex?

Very interesting. Without outright agreeing, it's worth looking into.

    Can angels have sex?

The question is based on a false premise. Adam was created in Genesis 1:26-28. One man. I stated he was both male and female because Woman (Eve) had not been extracted yet. If you look up the word in the Hebrew dictionary, the original word for "man" Is "Adam". That word has dual meanings...

    Can angels have sex?

Well then you should've quoted it. Of course it was... it didn't help your agenda. Well praise God! Thank you for blessing me by stopping your comments. Knowing that you will stop talking is a great blessing! I would like to return the favor by not casting my pearls before you. And I am...

    Martial Arts for self defense

Farouk, you are missing a very subtle hint here. Yes, I have a tattoo, and so does my wife... new one gotten in her 50's. And no... Neither hers or mine were faith based. My Pastor has tattoos and is into martial arts. While we do these things, it doesn't define us. We are not Tattoed people...
