Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

In the book of Mark: chapter three and verse 14: And He appointed the twelve: Simon (to whom He gave the name Peter)” and then verse 19 says, “and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Him.” John 6:68-71 Simon Peter answered, “Lord, who will we go to? You have the words of eternal life. We have come to...

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

Nope. I desire to show that God is just, unlike the monster god who damns people who have no choices.

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

Nope. No one can save himself. He can only cooperate with God and then God does the saving.

Judas was chosen... Was he saved?

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

Believing isn't a work. You need to read your Bible instead of cherry picking little pieces of verses.

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

The choosing mentioned here was not even about salvation.

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

Nope. No one saves themselves. Because no one dies for themself, and even if they could they would not be the perfect sacrifice. Believing is a condition for salvation not salvation itself.

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

Free will is all through the scriptures. And there's no difference between self will and free will. Self will can't exist if God is causing everything, BTW, that's self-evident.

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

Why would Jesus say that if we have no freedom to do anything? That's like saying "wake up" to a dead man.

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

I certainly do believe in Jesus. Who are you to judge my soul? It certainly is God's will that I believe in him. It is doing the "work" of God to believe. Belief isn't a work in the sense of doing something to earn something... it's the condition for salvation.

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

No one ever saved themselves. God convicts and God saves. But not by force. They still have a real choice.

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

If you are correct, there's no reason to pray for people, because some are irresistibly chosen and some are irresistibly Damned, so there's nothing you praying is in any sense causing.

I'm not sure if Kermit is even a real person. I'm starting to think he's a computer generated calvinist. He reminds me of something that would be invented by the other side as a spoof, he's so extreme with his contradictions.

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

So does God work as much as he would prefer to in a believers life? Or does a believers willingness play into how much God can use him? Let's see: Jesus said: 34 “Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children...

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

What is the advantage of believing everything is determined for you and you're just a robot?

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

Can't exist in your reality. If there's no free will, there's only God's will.

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

This verse tells us we have a choice. To abide in Christ or not. It doesn't deny Free will... it confirms it.

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

No, that's got nothing to do with whether free will is real or not. I suggest you look up what we mean by free will. free will noun The ability or discretion to choose; free choice. The power of making choices that are neither determined by natural causality nor predestined by fate or divine will.

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

Sure it does. In fact, in some sense, every choice we ever make requires his assistance. He enables us to make choices... He doesn't make them for us. By the way, enabling someone to do something is not the same at all as taking away their free will. Arminians believe that God enables us to believe.

Was Adam Imparted Free Will From The Beginning Of Creation?

Dude, accepting or rejecting something requires free will. And of course it's a bunch of choices.
