Is the Gift of Salvation nullified by the consequences of refusal?

I suspect that the Spirit may be moving among our youth. Have you noticed this yourself?

Is the Gift of Salvation nullified by the consequences of refusal?

Remember God's covenant with Abraham as recorded in Genesis 15. God passed through the cuttings alone.

Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so a 1000 yr reign on this earth is false

Then use scripture to make your case. Who said anything about genetics? Your argument from genetics doesn't square with God's word concerning Israel. Amos 9:9 “For behold, I am commanding, And I will shake the house of Israel among all nations As grain is shaken in a sieve, But not a kernel...

Rumpelstiltskin again- an attempt to discredit an argument by associating it with a disfavored group. Jesus defends the concept of resurrection, comparing "the sons of this age" with "the sons of the resurrection." He quotes Moses to support his contention that the dead are raised. "For he is...

Is the Gift of Salvation nullified by the consequences of refusal?

Have you heard the child's fairytale called "Rumpelstiltskin?" This story illustrates how a name can control some people. Your logic breaks down because believing the Gospel is the same as having faith in Christ. Reflect and meditate on why you feel the need to berate people. I teach what the...

Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so a 1000 yr reign on this earth is false

I agree. If a person is observant, he or she can tell when another person lacks discernment. On the other hand, someone with a weak argument and an inability to defend incorrect conclusions might accuse another person of lacking discernment.

Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so a 1000 yr reign on this earth is false

Jesus pronounced several "woes" on the Jewish leaders of Jerusalem, including his prediction that their house would be left to them desolate. Mathew 23:37-39 Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together...

I didn't ignore anything. First of all, I have already given you the answer to your question. I quoted the BDAG 425. BDAG stands for Bauer, Danker, Arndt, and Gingrich, the authors of the renowned lexicon titled A Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament and Other Early Christian Literature...

Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so a 1000 yr reign on this earth is false

I do, but that doesn't mean that I am an Israelite. You mistakenly take Paul's arguments farther than he intends.

Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so a 1000 yr reign on this earth is false

I concur that the individuals being discussed in both cases refer to the same group. However, I have previously emphasized that while verses 5 and 6 address Israelites who are residing outside their homeland, the insights shared about them are applicable to all Christians. This is due to Peter's...

Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so a 1000 yr reign on this earth is false

I didn't ask you to explain it. I asked you a different question which I am reluctant to repeat.

    Limited atonement !

Legolas chose to fight for the free peoples of Middle Earth, and yet, J.R.R Tolkien predestined that he would.

Is the Gift of Salvation nullified by the consequences of refusal?

On the contrary, as Jesus said, someone will not believe the gospel until that individual has been born again or born from above. (John 3) Someone will not come to Jesus unless the Father first draws him. (John 6)

Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so a 1000 yr reign on this earth is false

No. The Greek word is based on "zao", but the actual Greek word is "ἔζησαν" (ezsan), which has a different connotation. It refers to someone who has been physically restored to life after having died.

Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so a 1000 yr reign on this earth is false

I have not made anything convoluted. Did you not understand that verses 5 and 6 are metaphorical while verse 9 is actual?

Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so a 1000 yr reign on this earth is false

Please consider the argument itself. While the Cross indeed inaugurated the New Covenant God would make with the two houses, Jesus also said that their house would be left desolate to them. This clearly indicates that the New Covenant has not yet been kept with those houses. Remember, making...

Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so a 1000 yr reign on this earth is false

So you claim. Why do you presume to know that our discernment is lacking while yours is not? Why do you presume that the text speaks directly to you and that we need your help to understand it?
