Ezekiel 38
8 After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.
These are some of the people Doug claims are safe.

Ezekiel 38-39 the Gog/Magog event has not happened yet. But it appears as though Trump and Israel are making a concentrated effort in putting Hamas out of business. So that is how close to Gog/Magog is.Ezekiel 38

If terrorism is eliminated then all of the people in Israel will be dwelling in safety. And since Trump and Israel are making a concentrated effort to put Hamas out of business - then that sort of dwelling in safety will be at hand - the condition for the Gog/Magog event.
And on top of that, before Gog/Magog happens, the little horn person must be revealed who he is by becoming the leader over a panel ten EU leaders.

And I am responding that Trump and Israel are making a concentrated effort to put Hamas out of business. Which if successful, the terrorism will stop and the condition for Ezekiel 38-39 will be at hand.
Didn't Trump recently get some sort of peace award by some Israeli group ?

So that is two things to watch for, that could be happening soon.

It is present day Israel because the Jews taking part in its May 14, 1948 re-establishment have come out of the nations. Also, in 1967, Jerusalem came back into the hands of the Jews.

The peace Jesus gives believers is peace of mind and heart that they are right with God knowing that they have been forgiven and atoned for of their sins by the power of his shed blood on the cross, and have eternal life, by the grace, mercy, and Love of God. And the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, living in the souls of believers, testifying of God's Love and Truth.
I am sure that @tailgator agrees with that. But what we were discussing is the condition of the people in Israel as a whole feeling that they are living in a safe and peaceful society. He was pointing out that terrorism in Israel detracts from that feeling.
While I was pointing out the dynamics of reaching that condition that precedes Gog/Magog appears to be enhanced by Trump's and Israel's efforts to put Hamas and other terrorist groups out of business.

The people who come out of their graves in Ezekiel 37 have Messiah reigning over them.

These people did not come out of their graves in Ezekiel 37.They are about to be buried in their graves.
I did not say Trump will "save" Israel.
Jesus returns before the parable of the fig tree generation passes away. The fig tree represents Jerusalem.
1967 + 70 years = 2037 sometime before then. So minus 7 years is 2030 that the Gog/Magog event will happen before the end of 2030.
Jesus return is in Ezekiel 39:21-29. Have your read Ezekiel 39 yet ? Ezekiel 39:17-20 is the feast of Revelation 19:17-18. Go read those.

Jesus comes and raises the dead in Ezekiel 37. The dead are brought up out of their graves and brought into the land of Israel.
There ,the elect reign with Christ .
After 1000 years ,Gog and the nations come against the resurected saints who dwell safely(all of them)and fire comes down from heaven and destroys Gog.

Jesus has not returned yet to rule over Israel. That part of Ezekiel 37 is yet to be fulfilled.
Jesus's return is in Ezekiel 39:21-29. Have your read Ezekiel 39 yet ? Ezekiel 39:17-20 is the feast of Revelation 19:17-18. Go read those.
