its real easy to shut down the mouth of a GOD DENYER . JUST USE JESUS OWN WORDS to do so .
And do feel free to correct me if you see error in what i next say
BUT DIDNT JESUS tell the seven churches , I AM ALPHA and OMEGA , the first and the last .
No angel of GOD ever dared say such a thing .
King david never dared say such a thing about himself
no prophet of GOD ever dared to make such a cliam about HIMSELF .
BUT GOD HIMSELF said I AM ALPHA and OMEGA , first and the last .
YET , DIDNT JESUS SAY THAT TOO . these men can flap their lips all day about nonsense
its but winds of vanity what they say . I BELIEVE ONLY WHAT JESUS SAID . KNOWING FULL WELL
that IF HE said it , GOD said it . ITS TRUTH . ITSTRUTH no matter what one says . You just praise the LORD my friend .
When we tire of God deniers and those who blaspheme Holy Spirit claiming Republicans Christians worship Trump,after awhile their repetitive Sin is worthy of ignoring.

The hate for Trump here is repulsive.

As far as the subject matter, you are very confused Sir.
As opinions go, you certainly are entitled to yours, about me or anyone else. I do encourage it, especially if it makes sense and clearly understood or articulated by the subject party, don't you think. So do you now want to elaborate on this non-descript opinion of yours, about me so I can respect your real concern you seem to have. Or have you left it at that, and already have run off as most do, to hide hoping I will also go away without probing...

Not to worry you might not be worth the trouble..

UNITARIANS PROVE THE FATHER ISN’T THE TRUE GOD
In this post I am going to employ the interpretive method, which unitarians apply to Scripture to undermine Christ’s Deity, against them.

UNITARIAN PROOFTEXTS

Anti-Trinitarians often appeal to the following verses, to hammer the point that the Father alone is the only true God,

“And this is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” John 17:3 New Revised Standard Version Updated Edition (NRSVUE)

“since God is one, and he will justify the circumcised on the ground of faith and the uncircumcised through that same faith.” Romans 3:30 NRSVUE

“For there is one God; there is also one mediator between God and humankind, Christ Jesus, himself human, who gave himself a ransom for all—this was attested at the right time.” 1 Timothy 2:5-6 NRSVUE

While explaining away the statements of these same inspired authors to Jesus’ being equally divine and therefore one in essence with the Father:

“After Jesus had spoken these words, he looked up to heaven and said, ‘Father, the hour has come; glorify your Son so that the Son may glorify you,since you have given him authority over all people, to give eternal life to all whom you have given him… I glorified you on earth by finishing the work that you gave me to do. So now, Father, glorify me in your own presence with the glory that I had in your presence before the world existed… Father, I desire that those also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory, which you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world.’” John 17:1-2, 4-5, 24 NRSVUE – 8:50, 54; 13:31-32; Isaiah 42:8; 48:11

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God (kai Theos een ho Logos). He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through him, and without him not one thing came into being. What has come into being in him was life, and the life was the light of all people… The true light, which enlightens everyone, was coming into the world. He was in the world, and the world came into being through him, yet the world did not know him… And the Word became flesh and lived among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory as of a father’s only son, full of grace and truth… No one has ever seen God. It is the only Son, himself God (monogenes Theos), who is close to the Father’s heart, who has made him known.” John 1:1-4, 9-10, 14, 18 NRSVUE – Cf. Genesis 1:1; 2:4; Job 9:8; Psalm 36:9; Isaiah 43:6-7, 20-21; 44:24; 45:12, 18; 48:12-13

“Thomas answered him, ‘My Lord and my God (ho Kyrios mou kai ho Theos mou)!’Jesus said to him, ‘Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have come to believe.’” John 20:28-29 NRSVUE – Cf. Psalm 35:23

“For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do: by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and to deal with sin, he condemned sin in the flesh… He who did not withhold his own Son but gave him up for all of us, how will he not with him also give us everything else?” Romans 8:3, 32 NRSVUE

“to them belong the patriarchs, and from them, according to the flesh, comes the Christ, who is over all, God blessed forever (ho on epi panton Theos, eulogetos eis tous aionas). Amen.” Romans 9:5 NRSVUE

“while we wait for the blessed hope and the manifestation of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ (tou megalou Theou kai soteros hemon ‘Iesou Christou). He it is who gave himself for us that he might redeem us from all iniquity and purify for himself a people of his own who are zealous for good deeds.” Titus 2:13-14 – Cf. Exodus 19:5; Psalm 130:7-8

“Simeon Peter, a servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who have received a faith as equally honorable as ours through the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ (tou Theou hemon kai soteros ‘Iesou Christou):” 2 Peter 1:1 – Cf. 1:11; 2:20; 3:2, 18; Isaiah 45:21-23

“Long ago God spoke to our ancestors in many and various ways by the prophets,but in these last days he has spoken to us by a Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, through whom he also created the worlds.He is the reflection of God’s glory and the exact imprint of God’s very being, and he sustains all things by his powerful word. When he had made purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high… But of the Son he says, ‘Your throne, O God (ho Theos), is forever and ever, and the scepter of righteousness is the scepter of your kingdom. You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; therefore God (ho Theos), your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness beyond your companions.’ And, ‘In the beginning, Lord (Kyrie), YOU founded the earth, and the heavens are the work of YOUR hands; they will perish, but YOU remain; they will all wear out like clothing; like a cloak YOU will roll them up, and like clothing they will be changed. But YOU are the same, and YOUR years will never end.’” Hebrews 1:1-3, 8-12 NRSVUE – Cf. Psalm 86:8-10; 89:5-8; 102:25-27

These inspired writers not only affirm that Christ is the Son who dwelt with the Father in the same divine glory before the world began, but that he is also the uncreated Word who was fully God in essence even from before creation, being the God that is forever praised, and the great God and Savior of all believers, since he is none other than that very unchangeable Yahweh who created and gives life to all creation that became human!

And yet this is still not enough for unitarians to accept the fact that Jesus is God Almighty in the flesh according to the God-breathed Scriptures.

Therefore, I will now play the unitarians’ own game and use their interpretive method to disprove that the Father is the true God.

Look J. you have already shown your bias and assumed too much in this post.

Case in point.." as you just wrote///
"While explaining away the statements of these same inspired authors to Jesus’ being equally divine and therefore one in essence with the Father:"

What, already have come to a conclusion I see, before even getting started. You will first have to persuade me with this as fact J. It don't work quite so easily I'm afraid.

//
I'll tell you what, I will get back with you and to your post later. I do have some home chores and my unhealthy wife to attend to for a bit.

Yes I agree he, the Christ is 'equal' with God only in a specific way AJ. and I did present my case for him as the perfect example of being a human being and for use to attain this mental attitude. Not by this deceptive use of the term of 'the humanity of Christ'. This is used to hide the fact, that those who use this term do no believe Christ is a human being and never was one, so the expression 'the humanity of Christ' was invented by the deceitful Catholics as their cover, and Protestants also use it today. Does this not surprise you, it should.
@APAK
If Jesus was merely a human, He wouldn't have been without sin, without spot or wrinkle. Scripture states that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. This includes ALL mankind. And ....no man has seen the Father at any time.

Romans 3:23
[23]For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

John 1:18
[18]No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

Thomas acknowledged Jesus as "My Lord and my God" and was not rebuked by Jesus.

John 20:27-29
[27]Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.
[28]And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
[29]Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

And here are a few more places in scripture that states that Jesus, the Son of God, IS God. God the Father called Jesus "God" as well ...and scripture states that it was by Christ (the Word) that God created the worlds.

Isaiah 9:6-7
[6]For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
[7]Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Hebrews 1:1-14
[1]God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
[2]Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
[3]Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
[4]Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
[5]For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?
[6]And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
[7]And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.
[8]But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
[9]Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
[10]And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:
[11]They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment;
[12]And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.
[13]But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
[14]Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

Colossians 2:8-9
[8]Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
[9]For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

Truly sorry to hear about your wife brother.

J.
Well J. it is a fact of life, as we age things go wrong, yes, mentally, although more physically these days.

From seizure, to stroke, to broken part of femur-to-hip to shingles...what is next...all in 10 months

We count our blessings and grateful to our God. We are truly blessed.

Many on the fields of VN lost their lives in their prime or even at their HS vacation....we never know what time it really is J.

I can deeply empathize with you, as I am still grieving the loss of my own wife. A godly wife is truly the glue that holds a family together, and behind every successful man is a praying wife.

Praying for a swift recovery on your end, and may shalom rest upon you and your family.

Stay strong in Christ Jesus.

What?

The crime rate for murder in my neck of the woods is 0.1312 per 1,000 residents during a standard year.

That's in the city.
I live in the country where folks don't even lock their doors at night.
Really I would feel sorry for the degenerate reprobate who tried to break into my home.

Lost your true companion and your soul mate. I can really relate to that...I hope God comforts you everyday and uplifts your spirit for it.

You are truly the first and the last as the only one, the one and only surviving and loving husband of your loving wife. No one can take that away from you ever. Bless you indeed as we glorify our maker...Henry, and not the headhunter eitherhlo

How could a man be nothing but a man if his Father is the Father in heaven?

How could a man be nothing but a man if he has no physical father?

I know of no men that are created in the womb of a women and born without a Dad.

Well I will comment again and I said I would not to your sources only. Just for now I will look at 1 Tim 6:11-17 that you neglected to include from your source material. else I just missed it. And then your source neglected to look at the local context to who is referenced, and when....and what for.....and then the style of writing implemented

Christ does not live in unapproachable light. That is utter nonsense. If the source managed to incorporate the earlier verses this would become very clear.

(1Ti 6:11) But you, O man of God, flee these material things and instead pursue after righteousness, reverence towards God, faith, love, patience, meekness.
(1Ti 6:12) Fight the good fight of the faith, lay hold on the everlasting life, whereunto you were called and did confess the good confession in the sight of many witnesses.
(1Ti 6:13) I urge you in the sight of God, who gives life to all things,
-------------------------
and of Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate made the good confession:
(1Ti 6:14) Keep the commandment without stain, without reproach, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ.
------------------------
(1Ti 6:15) In due time He shall reveal him, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords,
(1Ti 6:16) who only has immortality, dwelling in light unapproachable. Whom no one has seen, nor can see. To whom be honour and power eternal. Amen.
(1Ti 6:17) Instruct those that are rich in this present world, that they are not proud, nor have their hope set on the uncertain riches; but instead on God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy.

Now this is in a Hebraic poetic style of writing, of a type of staircase with a rise (Verse 11-13a for God Almighty) to an apex(verses 13b-14b) and descending down the other side (verse 15 - 17)

//

So there goes the solid source that "The apostle Paul testified that Christ is the only sovereign Ruler, who alone is immortal by nature that dwells in unapproachable light:"

It sank like the anchor of deception it was....
