No one ever says this. It’s the Once Saved Always Saved defenders that always make this statement. I say once you are born again, and once again defile yourself with sin, you have spoiled your new clean life that Christ gave you and there remains no more sacrifice left to get you born a third time. You will receive your portion with the unbelievers (Luke 12:46).

that's what they are in effect saying, that they can sin their way out of salvation.

So does the scripture (Hebrews 10:26-29).

God reconciled us to Himself in spite of our sins

Yes, When you repented as an unbeliever.

Now you are told to continue in the faith grounded and settled or else your reconciliation will be lost (Colossians 1:23).

OSAS’ers are like people who keep trying to get the first time buyer specials no longer being first time shoppers. That’s fraud! And you commit fraud against God when you say you can sow to the flesh and still reap life everlasting (Galatians 6:8).
