Well, some people emphasize faith over grace, but grace is practically everything. I probably should have kept that remark to myself. Mull it over and study it if you want. :)Ok, what difference are you speaking of?

WRONG.Totally missed the point. We are only saved through grace by faith. If we were saved by works, we would have something to boast about.
First of all - there is not ONE SINGLE description of a full immersion Baptism in the NT. I'm NOT saying that this wasn't the norm - but is simply is NOT described.Weak response. You didn't even answer the important part. The reason Jesus thought Nicodemus should know how a Jew being born again would work, is because he was a teacher and had the Torah. Symbolic language in Ezekiel is the norm, it's full of symbolism.
Also note that the disciples and apostles never sprinkled anyone with water, they immersed them. Boy, they must have missed that verse, huh?
“But who, does not see and clearly perceive that human society, when set loose from the bonds of religion and true justice, can have, in truth, no other end than the purpose of obtaining and amassing wealth, and that (society under such circumstances) follows no other law in its actions, except the unchastened desire of ministering to its own pleasure and interests?”
we know what the catholic church state has done in their history, and do not want to repeat history.
Wow, just when I was beginning to think that you were rather astute in historical matters. The Cistercian monks were kidnapped by Algerian terrorists during the civil war, and they were held for ransom in exchange for a GIA member. They were killed strictly for political reasons, never once were they asked to recant their faith. They WERE given a chance to recant their faith and were butchered upon refusal. So were the monks of the Cistercian Monastery of Our Lady of Atlas in Algeria, who were BEHEADED by Islamic fundamentalists in 1996 for not recanting their Christian faith.
I can show you example after example after example of ascetics being murdered for their faith.
How does that foot in your mouth taste now??
"For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast."If grace can give merit to faith why not to works, after all we are judged by our works
"For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast."WRONG.
Faith is NOT simply "believing."
If that's all you have - then you're NO better off than the demons (James 2:19) who do the same.
True Faith WORKS through Love (Gal 5:6. 1 Cor. 13:1-13). Only the nes that DO the will of the Father will be saved (Matt. 7:21).
If you count on your OWN works, then you have nothing. True believers count on the works that were prepared FOR them by God in advance as an essential element of thei faith (Eph. 2:10).
Btw, yes all true faith will produce works. But no work contributes anything to salvation, rather it's a result of salvation.WRONG.

Do you really? Schools, hospitals , the dignity of the individual, Gospel taken to the ends of the Earth...
Monuments to the Glory of God... What monuments to God's glory has America built?
Peace be with you!

The Catholic church Robs the laity of their wealth and prosperity to build buildings that take 100's of years to construct to show their grandiousity to the world. How many Hungry children could have been fed by the money spent on the treasures of the Vatican to help the poor,
Has a Golden cup in their hand?
This is an emergency!twinkle toes time, oh berny your a scream!
Equating the Cup of Salvation with the cup of abominations is the worst sort of sacrilage.
Do you not think that a much worse punishment is due the one who has contempt for the Son of God, considers unclean the covenant-blood by which he was consecrated, and insults the spirit of grace?
It is a lie, straight from the pits of hell.. I urge you to abandon this most egregious position and open your eyes!
Lord, have mercy!
The gospel was already at the end of the earth before Catholic missionaries arrived and persecuted the Christians they found there.Do you really? Schools, hospitals , the dignity of the individual, Gospel taken to the ends of the Earth...

The Cistercian monks who were beheaded were taken hostage SOLELY because they were Christians by one of the most militant Islamist movements at the time (Groupe Islamique Armé/GIA).Wow, just when I was beginning to think that you were rather astute in historical matters. Shame on you!
