But I'm not doing that. I'm trying to help you and others to know the way that overcomes sin and experiences His life in the fullest way.

Jesus tells us how to do this

1. The law of love
2. Seek after the things of the spirit

Jesus said come to me and I will give you rest. And let him take our yoke.

Well we have done this..

No, sorry, you weren't "simply repeating", and you've proven it in your last sentence above.

But thanks nonetheless.

Your last sentence meant to demean and insult tells me your saying you were "simply repeating" is untrue, and you meant private revelations and misused Scripture.

I have no insults to offer you as you've offered. For the record I hear from my LORD through his word, in the pages of Scripture.
You ascribe motives to me, but they are not my motives. I shared my true hope for you.

I understand if you feel I'm misguided. Or deceived, or deluded, or whatever.

But you claim it's just insult, and therefore invalidates my prayer for @CharismaticLady , which was,

That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:

And then contiuing on to say,

The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

I pray this for all of us.

Much love!

Again you are denying Christ in others. You make this about yourself and then try to rope me into your situation...so that without Christ my life looks like yours. Why do you do that? Why must you act with so much guile and bad motives?

But you aren't listening.
No i am listening to a boasting man.

Yes I 100% agree, once in Christ sin cannot separate us from God, but yet we all sin because none of us are perfect. Jesus didnt come to stop us sinning HE came so we would have life, so all the burdens of sin would be removed, so that we would no longer be separated from God, so we would no longer be ashamed of who we are, not so that we could stand on pews and look down upon others and boast.

And I have being to heaven I have being with God even Christ which according to you I cannot do, but it is by faith all things are done.

As for failure God cannot fail.

They themselves cannot stop sinning by entering into Christ and these deny that victory to others. It is about entering into the kingdom of God. So to not enter in is one thing but to stop others also from entering is quite another.
No denying any victory, you said you are not perfect, there fore the victory isnt complete.

And yes I have my moments both side, but al least all I have to boast of is Christ. I really would love to see the perfect man, never met one except Christ.

And we cannot see the evidence.

That's ridiculous. The kind of life that Jesus gives to us is without sin. Otherwise you are still walking in the same kind of life everyone on the planet is. And this is what you are justifying. You are justifying your own failure because you want to see perfection in others first. And if I try testifying of the life that is available to you...you rebel and stiffen your neck and say I'm boasting.

Amazing...the sheer pride. Where is the hunger and thirst for God?

You are not listening because you don't want to. So I leave you to do as you wish.

I suppose in the

Let your will be done, let your kingdom come,
Be glorified in all your sons.
Give us teh mind of Christ and the heart and wisdom of God,
Teach us your way sand lead us into your truth
empty us of ourselves and fill us Lord with you

I guess I am not perfected Yet.

My pride went out the window when I lost my family for His sake.

Pride is a terrible thing in men

I guess His grace is sufficient for me

So why have you yet to obtain this status, And why are you judging others who have also not obtain this status?

It seem to me that you are both standing in two different place , therefore the animal looks different to each of you two ( @mjrhealth )

David ( mjrh ) always speak of who he is 'In Christ' ...the man of the Spirit.
Which is where Paul tells us to live. We MUST walk in knowing who we are in Christ, if not the Enemy can find a foot hold. So many Christians spend so much time sin-conscious , and focused on where they fail.

People on this forum seem to find it easy to pat themselves on their backs at how well they walk re sin, some even say that they keep the commandments!! ...therefore they are better than others who confess that they slip and fall in themselves.

If it were true that man could possible be pleasing to God by keeping the commandments then there was no reason for Jesus to have died on the cross.
He died on the cross because in 4000 years no man could keep the commandments and all needed to sacrifice for sin.

Just my two cents ...

?? I never noticed any post of his saying that. He denies that Jesus is God, so how could he think anyone could be "in Christ" or even saved? (if Jesus is not God, Jesus is a liar, and not able to die for anyone's sins)

trust me?

lol.. Thanks,, This made me laugh.

So if he tells me he is perfect.. what, am I going to hurt him?

or if he tells me he is not perfect. What Am I going to harm him?

This is really funny

I know this,, I have no problem answering if I have attained something I am telling others to obtain, If I was secure in what I believed, I would pronounce it to the world. The world can't hurt me I

If I did not give an answer, You can be sure to doubt anything I say, because I have something to hide

Why cause you to commit the sin of mocking.

True....but sin also tells us by what power we are living in. So then sin, and the law are just a gauge as to the power we are walking in. If we are walking according to the flesh, then we will sin. If we are walking by the Spirit, then we will not do the deeds of the flesh.

So I don't see beliefs being pertinent in regards to sin. It's about power or the lack thereof.
People on this forum seem to find it easy to pat themselves on their backs at how well they walk re sin, some even say that they keep the commandments!! ...therefore they are better than others who confess that they slip and fall in themselves.

We are in 'in process" in the walk of attaining to Christ. I think the danger is to think you have arrived before actually having entered into Christ.

So the distinction is that when we are IN Christ we do not sin...and when we are not...we do. Nobody can overcome all sin on their own.

What our friend David is not accepting or arguing against is that the walk includes periods of time where we are IN Christ....if indeed one has been translated into the kingdom. No sin is possible in holiness and the presence of God.

So then not everyone has had the spiritual walk in experience. If they who did were to keep that a secret then there would be eternal complaints against they who did...for keeping the walk a secret.

So at the risk of being persecuted or hated...we who have experience the walk in Zion must testify to the very biblical standard of "walking IN Him."

This is by grace....a gift. The resurrection life of Jesus makes all the difference in the world. But this life is difficult to remain in over time. It takes a growing maturity in faith and faithfulness to be able to live in the holiness environment and stay balanced.

Kind of like walking on water...and acting as if it was normal!:)

Peace

The scale of walking in holiness in Christ is so big...that to miss it is to miss a lot! So we have to testify of what we have experienced.

On judgment day...they who have missed the higher calling because they weren't aware of the availability of grace (fulness of grace) to walk as Jesus walked would decry those who had kept silent about it.

So we warn people who seem to lower the standard of the kingdom to what a man can do.

The standard of Christ is perfection because it is meant to be lived through Him. Paul said..."it is no longer I"...meaning he was translated into the holiness walk of Jesus...at the time of his writing.

The Christian walk is dynamic.

A person who is in the Spirit today, or this week, or month or year, will not necessarily remain in that place. There is a LOT to learn. We are learning to live in an ENTIRELY different realm (dimension)...so to get used to that level of walk takes more than one try.

The problem is when that level of walk is being claimed already by people who don't know it in experience but only in theory. People who do that tend to lower the standard so that being IN Christ is the same as being without Christ...as in...no power.

So I for one, encourage my brothers and sisters to seek the Lord for this and to run to win...to attain to Christ and to remain there...not just for themselves but also to glorify God and help move the kingdom plan of God forward.

This isn't a personal salvation thing. This is about entering into the truth in reality and power.

But it is ordained that some will fight the truth tooth and nail, because it seems like the ones who hold out the holy standard are doing so by the same pride they are defending their own lack of holiness with. So these will defend their failures and attack they who are trying to get their eyes upward into the higher walk in Christ. And I say that they who have not yet known that power over sin...in the spiritual walk of heaven...MAKE ROOM for the possibility of it...at least.

We tend to see and judge things how we are ourselves...not so much what other people are. So we can deceive ourselves so easily.

I must thank you Episkopos for teaching me about pride, that pride of man, as @Helen said about our SDA friends who hide behind the law, In the end all sound the same,

Look at me God im not like al those other sinners, As Jesus pointed out who was teh one who was justified, Not even the disciples who walked with Christ could boast of such a position, they argued and bickered amongst themselves, and who was it who had a thorn in it side , thorns are good things they remind us who we are so we cant elevate ourselves above others ,

I am glad of who I am in Christ, I can sit amongst the sinners and know where they are, Just like Christ did, He didnt feel out of place but the pharisees where always upset.

God Bless
