I just can't believe a convicted conman televangelist gets out of prison, goes right back to televangelism, and people actually line up to give him money! I'm speechless. And Bakker will declare that his religious freedom is being violated.
Not to mention the danger of silver poisoning. . . .I just can't believe a convicted conman televangelist gets out of prison, goes right back to televangelism, and people actually line up to give him money! I'm speechless.
Wow....I.....just.......wow.Not to mention the danger of silver poisoning. . . .
You are attacking Trump just because that is what Leftists do. Even when Trump did everything right you attacked him. Which means the Left has ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIBILITY.And you are misleading people by saying that the public no longer believes him.Trump's spin on the crisis didn't fix things; the public no longer believes him. Neither does Wall Street.

It is the media who are deliberately creating a coronavirus hysteria, and that in turn is affecting Wall Street.
And it now clear that the mortality rate of coronavirus is about the same as that of influenza.
You can say whatever you want; but saying it doesn't make it true. I don't think we can blame the media for the problems getting test kits out. I don't think we can blame Hillary for it either. I also doubt that many people are going to believe it when Trump tried to blame Obama for that. You are attacking Trump just because that is what Leftists do. It is the media who are deliberately creating a coronavirus hysteria, and that in turn is affecting Wall Street. When all the media make 90% or more of their new about coronavirus, it is bound to create panic and hysteria. If they would stop their fear-mongering, things would get back to normal. And it now clear that the mortality rate of coronavirus is about the same as that of influenza.
Does it matter to Trump if people think he's a liar? I'd say it may matter a little more than it matters to Putin if most Russians think he's honest or to Kim Jong-un if most North Koreans believe him.Well, let's take a look...
The number almost hits you in the face: Less than one in three people in the new CNN-SSRS poll believe that President Donald Trump is honest and trustworthy.
Two-thirds of the country don't think you can trust this president! They don't think he is honest! That's a remarkable finding.
It's also virtually the exact same way that voters judged Trump on the question of being honest and trustworthy on November 8, 2016 -- the day he was elected president.
People don't think Donald Trump is honest or trustworthy. And they never really have. - CNNPolitics

The 25 words Americans now use to describe Trump
Honesty, which has largely been considered a challenge for Trump since his 2016 campaign, continues to be among his weakest personal characteristics. Currently, 34% of Americans say the president is honest and trustworthy -- essentially tied with his lowest reading for this question, 33%, in 2016 and 2017.
Trump Seen Marginally as Decisive Leader, but Not Honest
Only thirteen percent of Americans said they would consider President Trump to be honest and trustworthy, according to a new Survey Monkey tracking poll.
Trump's honesty and trustworthiness score is down 3 points from when Survey Monkey started conducting the tracking polls in February of 2017.
Trump's honesty and trustworthiness scores are lowest in the poll, which also measures the president's ability to get things done, whether he is tough enough for the job and if he stands up for his beliefs.
And you post something from the Washington Post which is being sued by Trump for BLATANTLY LYING about him (just like the New York Times). No credibility. You can say whatever you want; but saying it doesn't make it true.
For opinion pieces? It's a fund raising gimmick. Go ahead, send him money. And you post something from the Washington Post which is being sued by Trump for BLATANTLY LYING about him (just like the New York Times). No credibility.
It's what the press does. If there's one rape in a city of millions of people, they report the bad news. They don't tell you about the millions of women who weren't raped. If they get you worried about something, they hope you will tune in tomorrow to see what they have to say. There's nothing new about this. Presidents however can influence what the media report. Trump influences what gets covered a lot by his tweets. The media often seem too lazy to investigate more meaningful stories and devote so much time to his tweets. You can be sure too that if he tweets something silly, they'll say so. Hey, and it's cheaper than doing better investigative reporting.Let's face it. The media loves to create false panic and spread FAKE NEWS, and even Stephen King -- a Leftist and Trump-hater -- is fed up with the media and their fear-mongering.
They can say that to anything. . . . It's starting to wear thin. If a newspaper prints too many lies, people will catch on and stop buying it. Thus they often print retractions when they goof and realize it. They'd lose credibility and circulation if they didn't.You had to know the "fake news" thing was coming. It's just a lazy way of dismissing inconvenient information.
I agree. One good way to tell if "fake news" is being used as a lazy coping mechanism is to ask them to specify what's "fake". When they just ignore you, you have your answer. They can say that to anything. . . . It's starting to wear thin. If a newspaper prints too many lies, people will catch on and stop buying it. I think most news organizations are more careful today than when Trump took office. If they make a mistake, they know Trump will blast away at them and it will damage their reputation.
Sensible people don't try to blame others for everything.
I'd say the Democrats and mainstream media had very little to do with it. The "conservative" Free Beacon started it, and "conservative" Republicans were concerned and thought maybe the FBI should look into it.

I think it may also be a coping mechanism they use to justify their own attitudes.I agree. One good way to tell if "fake news" is being used as a lazy coping mechanism is to ask them to specify what's "fake". When they just ignore you, you have your answer.
