I can't get those prods here, but walnuts are good and I do get grain breads.
Everything helps...

LOLCholesterol is so yummy. I haven't conviction yet, mainly because I have just a plain aversion to fruit and other healthy things. I literally get sick eating it. But I don't like dessert stuff either, so I am hoping it balances out.
I eat cheerios. :)
hmm,, i bet there are European analogs, they are even ahead of us there i thinkI can't get those prods here
ha, it is not being metabolized correctly bc no O3, same with salt, all these "problems" disappear once the O3 is balancedGod made cholesterol TASTY.
And the evil one made it UNHEALTHY!!
What's the best source for O3sha, it is not being metabolized correctly bc no O3, same with salt, all these "problems" disappear once the O3 is balanced
really any list on the web can give you good sources i guess, any plant-based omega 3 sources, i guess including those pills at the top even. i gave some "grocery store" shortcuts there in the link, but we buy 50 lb bags of quinoa, flax, chia, etc now and keep a tupperware deal full of a cooked mix, that can then go into anything really, from cereal to soup, or even eat a bowl plainWhat's the best source for O3s
Someone in my family uses Truvia. What is healthy food? Sure not the same for everyone.
As a diabetic sugar and carbs are my sworn enemy. Meaning fruit and bread top the list. To a lesser degree corn, potatoes and some other foods.
Do I feel bad avoiding them? Actually, in the past I've lost 66 pounds without ever getting hungry doing so. I feel good at my age.
Do some study, not all artificial sweeteners are bad.
Also, sugar and salt are poison. What is healthy food? Sure not the same for everyone.

Someone in my family uses Truvia.
I'm asked to use it in cakes, but I use very little sugar anyway, about half what any recipe calls for, and I feel it changes the taste.
But it's supposed to be the best because it's not harmful.
ah, gotta take this back, dark web says they are "spiked" too, although unspiked plant based pills are available, they will be more expensive and lower #, more like 240-360 mg, nothing like 1000 per pill apparently. the one "nothing fishy here" is likely not spiked, at least they are not showing up as fake where the others did; but note the cost and the mgi guess including those pills at the top even
ah, my two favorite foods lol, i mainline them both and i got no issues. Also, sugar and salt are poison.
my Euro buddies here are assuring me that your choices blow away our choicesAmazon!
Will try...but I like what you said about buying the individual prods and then just using them in different foods...
Will have to look this stuff up.ah, my two favorite foods lol, i mainline them both and i got no issues.
not buying it over here wadr, that is just something some Dr said
he thinks eternal means forever too i guess?
:)
if you are sedentary pay attn to the Glycemic Index, that is more important imo, @ sugar
@ salt hypertension goes away with O3, then you can use all the salt you want

ah, well he is steering you right i guess, tell him you came to learn that fish oil caps can be artificially "spiked" with some garbage DHA or something, clues in the link. They still thin your blood, and tbh i couldn't even say what is detrimental about them lol, but i just have this...aversion to cheap stuff for profit, mostly. :)Will have to look this stuff up.
I live in an area where the culture is just not into vitamins.
Me GP recommeded the omega 3 because he takes it too.
