They’re all affiliated. I was getting radio frequency ablation and epidurals but I haven’t been since I had surgery
I was thinking of trying a spinal cord stimulator at the first of the year if I have not improved but I just read a study that says they’re no better than a placebo.
Guys I know it's serious and I'm very sorry for the pain you both endure. But remember laughter is a good medicine. Check out both Happy Threads....I go there every day as it's good for me to laugh or chuckle.

The pain medication doesn’t help the nerve pain
My wife has the same struggle from fibromyalgia.

A few years ago I bought her a book on pain management. I skimmed it myself. In short, there is no good, long term pain management medications. They all succumb to addictive patterns where the effect is reduced, requiring more. Even then, they lose their effectiveness.

I cannot tell you how much pain my wife is in but I can tell you how frequently she is pain. It is not an enviable life style.

Some people get relief from marijuana and it's not as addictive as opioids.
I tried some gummies but they didn't help the pain and they made me paranoid so I threw the rest of them away

Hello friends I hate to be needy but I need some things to start going my way to give me some hope.
Thursday the lymphedema clinic had not gotten the order for the regular physical therapy, I called the surgeon's office and they said they would call them.
Hopefully I can start PT this week in addition to the lymphedema therapy and maybe see a little progress.
I ordered some crutches and if I can get around on them okay I think that will make it easier getting in and out of the car.
As it is I have to fold my walker, stick it in the back, then hold on to the car with both hands to make it to the front and get in, then do the reverse when I get out.
I've been off antibiotics for a couple of weeks but my stomach is still messed up.
The insurance company has still not made a decision and I haven't got paid since December. If they don't approve my long term disability I am going to have to take more out of my IRA.
And it will be around the end of the year before Social Security makes a decision on the disability.
I can draw Social Security in December when I turn 62 if I don't get disability but either way it won't be enough.
I need to make enough progress to be able to work a part time job by then.
I really wish I could go back to my job they extended my leave until June 1st so that will be 9 months they have given me.
I appreciate the prayers I just want to keep thinking positive and not get anxious or depressed.
Please pray for my wife too, this has been so hard on her, having to work, take care of me and do the things that I used to do.
Thanks everyone, I feel better just being able to post about it

It looks like the insurance company is not going to pay the long term disability. I’ll know for sure next week
Hey Randy,
I'm sorry to hear this. You have been a trooper for so long now. It's time for a change, huh?

I've only heard good things about this patch. It also has great reviews. I think it's amino acids that make it so effective. Anyway, it's worth a shot. One patch lasts a year. There are also you tube videos about it. Money back guarantee too.
I have been praying for you.

Antibiotics wreak havoc on the body- make sure to get a good probiotic and stay on it for at least a year.
Cut out sugar. Last thing you need on top of everything else is candida.
Check out Dr Axe- he has great products and advice for the gut.
Hang in there. pryw This may be your answer.

So sorry, how I dislike how the USA deals with health issues and problems. ( sorry but over here in the U.K. you would have automatically been eligible for help ) There are changing some things but with what you are facing you would qualify.
Are you still going to have to sell your house ?

That's just the insurance company.
I have applied for disability with the Social Security Administration but it will probably be December before they make a decision.
If they turn me down, I will be 62 in December and I could draw my Social Security.
Either way I still need to be improved enough to work a part time job.
I'll know more when the time comes if I will have to sell my house or do something like that.
Thanks for your post
