I want to create a space to record the relevant facts of justice improving in America under Trump. The YouTuber Devory Darkins said the people are with Trump and his team. Now, we have to see results. Here are the emerging and growing areas where justice needs to be seen.
- Pedophilia & Epstein Files. Only ~10% were released. All should be made public.
- To summarize, Epstein and Maxwell were convicted of sex trafficking minors but who they sold the kids to was not disclosed in trial. This is a mockery of justice. The illegal transaction includes the buyer as well as the seller.
- It is widely believed who bought sex slaves are among the most powerful people in America.
- If the Southern District of Manhattan FBI agents destroyed 2000 pages of evidence, they should be perp walked, not merely fired. Both are needed.
- Judicial Coup: Appeal and Impeachment may not work. Indict for sedition may be the only way to deal with judges who make rulings outside their jurisdiction, e.g., nation wide injunctions applying to more than the litigants outside the judges district is an encroachment on executive power in national security, firing and hiring standards (especially in the military), etc.
- This is not merely 'disagreeing' with their decision. This is violating the Constitution of separation of powers. The judiciary is not superior to Congress (Roe v Wade) or the nationally elected President, Executive.
- Such tyranny is a threat to democracy.
- Deep State. Bureaucrats who broke the law, including waste, fraud and abuse should not just be fired. They should be indicted for the bribes they made and received and any law they broke - including disregarding Executive Orders.
- Foreign Aid = Money Laundering. Approximately half of the $150 B that Biden gave to Ukraine cannot be accounted for. Time for accountability.
- Tesla Vandalism. Done 3/20/25. See Post #7. Pam Bondi said they will find out who they are. Domestic terrorists should be dealt with accordingly.
- State and federal officials who violate ICE laws. One example is not turning over to ICE alien criminals in their custody or even DMV records.
- This includes Congress, such as AOC, who has committed conspiracy with illegal aliens to avoid ICE laws.
- This includes bureaucrats who give illegals advance warning of ICE raids.
- Lawfare. DOJ, FBI and state officials should be prosecuted for violating the President's Constitutional rights. For instance, the judge issued a gag order - a violation of the 1st Amendment - just when he needed it most, to defend himself against an out of control government who threatened his life, liberty and property.
- Imagine the audacity of the State. We are going to use the levers of government to destroy you (put you in jail for the rest of your life for opposing us, the Deep State) and we don't want you to complain about it to the people!
- False Witness/Slander: Propagandists must suffer for the untrue things they say against anyone, including public servants. CBS has a $60B lawsuit for doctoring Kamala's answers to questions that could have influenced the election. Talk about a threat to democracy! Those who invented evidence - and then destroyed this evidence - to impeach and regarding J6 should be investigated.
- It's my understanding that Biden's pardon's do no apply to violations of State laws.
- Another charge is incitement to violence that should be applied to the Left and not merely accusation against the Right.
- False rape charges are rampant. See Brett Kavanaugh Hearings & Balsy Ford testimony. One study in Canada found only 6% were true. These false witnesses must serve jail time as long as the accused would have if they were found guilty.
