Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you. 1 Timothy 4:16

Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons. 1 Timothy 4:1

The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason Godwill send them strong delusion, that they should believe thelie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truthbut had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2Thessalonians 2:9-12

  • Do we love the truth?

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14:6

  • Jesus Christ is the truth.
  • Every word that proceeds out of his mouth is the truth.

Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:31-32

Dear JLB,
A "love for the truth" is a gift from God. No man has this love for Him in their natural state:

Rom 3:10 As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one: 11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

Rom 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

1Cor 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

The (false) truth that mankind loves comes from Satan and that is why Satan is said to be the god of this world.

For a person to change from loving Satan's ways over the ways of God, Christ must come the person (without their asking or permission) and give them both the Early and Latter Rains of the Spirit. Only then will the person be converted and have the "mind of Christ". With the mind of Christ, the person will then have a love for the truth (which is the same as having a love for God). Until Christ does this full spiritual work within a person, they will remain carnally minded and spiritually blind.

Even "babes" in Christ, after having received the Early Rain of the Spirit, will remain carnally minded and spiritually blind. In this condition, they are NOT converted. They will still love Satan's ways over the ways of Christ.

Luke 5:39 No man also having drunk old wine straightway desireth new: for he saith, The old is better.

The Old Wine represents the Old Covenant of Law. This is the crooked way of trying to make oneself acceptable to God. It is founded upon the works of man. And since this is the way that Satan teaches via his false gospel, Satan is called the crooked serpent. Since the crooked way of man's works is more pleasing to man's carnal mind, a "babe" will quickly start approaching Christ by mixing their own works with faith. When a babe does this mixing, it will bite them like a serpent and will spiritually kill them.

Prov 23:26 My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways. 27 For a whore is a deep ditch; and a strange woman is a narrow pit. 28 She also lieth in wait as for a prey, and increaseth the transgressors among men. 29 Who hath woe? who hath sorrow? who hath contentions? who hath babbling? who hath wounds without cause? who hath redness of eyes? 30 They that tarry long at the wine; they that go to seek mixed wine. 31 Look not thou upon the wine when it is red (Old Wine), when it giveth his colour in the cup, when it moveth itself (man’s works) aright. 32 At the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder.

Christ talks about the spiritual process in the verses below that causes a "babe" to fall away from faith and become apostate:

Mat 12:43 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. 44 Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. 45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself SEVEN other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.

The spiritual symbol of an unclean spirit represents a spirit which teaches Satan's false truth through lies and deceptions.

Since a new believer remains spiritually blind (Mark 8:21-25) after receiving the Early Rain of the Spirit, they cannot replace their worldly false beliefs with the truth of Christ. ONE unclean spirit leaves but comes back with SEVEN more. The number "seven" represents perfection. In this case, the number seven represents the perfection of Satan's lies/deceptions which come to a believer by the indwelling of the spirit of anti-Christ. Now, instead of ONE unclean spirit within the believer, they now have EIGHT. The number eight is a spiritual symbol which represents a new spiritual condition. In this case, the new spiritual condition is worse than the first.

This "worse than the first" spiritual condition causes the believer to become a False Prophet, a Man of Sin, a Minister of Satan and a Seven Headed Beast with Ten Horns & Crowns.

After the death of Paul, the spirit of anti-Christ came into the church and quickly devoured 100% of the babes (those who were "called to be saints"/Early Rain only). No one was spared at that time and no babe has been spared even up to today. Becoming apostate cannot be avoided.

Scripture teaches that falling away is a step along the pathway to conversion and salvation. For that reason, when Christ returns to a "babe", He will pour out the Latter Rain of the Spirit which will heal their spiritual blindness. With their blindness healed, the apostate believer will "see" the Abomination of Desolation that previously occurred within themselves when the spirit of anti-Christ entered them (God's temple).

Mat 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

Immediately after they see who they have become in Satan's church, judgment will fall on the believer. That judgment will remove & destroy the spirit of anti-Christ and their own worsened spirit (called the Great Harlot) from within them. After they are both removed, the believer will only have the Holy Spirit within them which will give them the mind of Christ and cause them to have a love for the truth. This is the conversion/salvation point for a believer and when they are "born again". The converted believer will then be able to consume the nourishment of Christ's New Covenant teachings (bread, New Wine and strong meat) so that they will grow to be a perfect man of full age.

It seems many desire to rely on their own intellect and knowledge of the scriptures than think about the things of Yeshua and what he endured and went through. I don't believe Yahavah is gonna look at our own intellect and knowledge but our heart itself, our mind/will/emotions which will be assessed and Yahavah is not gonna be fooled. He desires our heart. A heart for him, and a heart for his Son.

At least in my opinion.

Nah... the new babe in Christ DOES NOT have to fall away in order to be under Christ's Salvation. Such an idea that the new babe in Christ must become an 'apostate', like eating from the wrong tree in the midst of the Garden, is ludicrous, and actually AGAINST the idea of Christ's Salvation that He was born in the flesh and died on the cross for!

The new babe in Christ needs to keep The FAITH, continue in study of God's Word and increase in understanding, praying and fasting, while checking their self for future sin, and repenting of them and staying in the walk with Christ Jesus by The Spirit.

Dear Davy,
You said:

The early Elect did not fall away before they were converted because the spirit of anti-Christ had not come into the church yet - but all that changed Paul's death.

Acts 20:29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. 30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. 31 Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.

The pathway that leads to conversion/salvation goes through the apostate church. This truth is taught over and over again in the New Covenant teachings but you either don't understand those teachings or you believe that they don't apply to you - but scripture teaches differently:

Mat 4:4 But he answered and said, it is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Prov 20:24 Man's goings are of the LORD; how can a man then understand his own way?

Jer 10:23 I know, Jehovah, that the way of man is not his own; it is not in a man that walketh to direct his steps.

Apostate believers frequently deny that the apostasy applies to them because they believe that they have a free will ability to avoid it - but this false belief is why they are apostate. They are mixing their own works with faith and are following the crooked way of Satan rather than the straight way of Christ.

Like all babes, apostate believers have a "measure of faith" but they remain spiritually blind to Christ's New Covenant teachings. They can understand "Christ and Him crucified" (Christ's physical work, 1Cor 2:2) but little else.

You said:

Scripture contradicts your statement:

Isa 28:9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts (the converted Elect). 10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: 11 For with stammering lips and another language (spiritual language) will he speak to this people. 12 But the word of the LORD was unto them (babes who draw milk) precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken (this is the apostasy).

Since all believers begin as "babes", they will all fall backward and become apostate due to their spiritual blindness that leaves their house empty of the truth (Mat 12:43-45).

Christ made this statement below concerning the power of Satan's deceptions:

Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

It was not possible for the very Elect (the apostles, includes Paul) to fall away because the very Elect were converted prior to the spirit of anti-Christ coming into the church. But after the death of Paul, all the unconverted, spiritually blind & carnally minded babes in the churches that the Apostles started were devoured by Satan. In Acts 20:31, can't you see how the knowledge of this truth greatly distressed Paul? Nothing has changed in the churches to this day - they all remain apostate. To deny this truth is to deny the words of Christ.

So what causes a babe to mature into a child of God? Christ tells us but He does so in his spiritual language which teaches us "here a little and there a little".

Here is one of those teachings:

Mat 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Babes cannot enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. They have been "called to be saints" but they are spiritually lacking and unconverted. They need Christ to "come again" to them and give them the Spirit of Truth which will guide them into all truth. This is taught by Paul's conversion when the scales fell from his eyes and in Mark 8:15-25. It is also taught in the verse below:

John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Christ came to the apostles a second time on the Day of Pentecost. That is when they received the Latter Rain of the Spirit and were converted. With the Spirit of Truth within them, they were guided into "all truth". This is when they went from being babes who could only draw milk (Christ and Him crucified) to being a child of God who could understand the spiritual teachings of the New Covenant. With their new ability to receive truth, they quickly matured from a child into a perfect men of full age. Without the Latter Rain of the Spirit, a babe will remain a babe until they die. They have no ability to mature themselves into a perfect man.

All the believers in the nearly 2,000 different church denominations/sects in this world are babes who are being deceived by Satan. They are just too spiritually blind and deceived to know it. For the babes who have been chosen (the Elect), Christ will come to them a second time (His second coming) and convert them by giving them the Spirit of Truth. For those who are not chosen, Christ will not come to them a second time. They will remain under the Law and will die in their sins (John 8:3-11).

That is clearly blasphemy... against New Testament Christian Doctrine. You need to stick with Judaism instead, which is where you obviously got such false ideas against Christ.

I know the original source where you got that from (i.e., the devil himself), but it no doubt has been passed on to you by others that serve the devil.

When Apostle Paul warned the brethren for after his departure, that was in accordance with Bible prophecy about the great falling away leading up to the end, particularly his warning in 2 Thess.2 in final. Apostle Peter gave the same warnings about the time coming with many falling away from sound doctrine.

THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH NEW BABES COMING TO CHRIST AND BELIEVING ON HIM, NOR some vain idea that everyone must become 'apostate' before they can be saved! That is an utterly STUPID IDEA!

Dear Davy,
As I said, the apostasy of a babe (Early Rain of the Spirit only) is taught in many places of scripture. The apostasy occurs to a babe because they are spiritually blind and carnally minded. The carnal mind hates the things of God and still prefers the crooked way of man's works (the Old Wine) over the straight way of Christ (the New Wine).

Do you understand when a person receives the Early Rain of the Spirit?

Christ refers to the Early Rain of the Spirit in the verse below though He does not mention it by name:

Mat 16:16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Peter's confession is the foundation (the rock) that starts a person on the pathway to salvation.

For a person to begin this pathway, the person must be given the Early Rain of the Spirit so that they will make a confession of faith. Without the Early Rain of the Spirit, it is not possible for a person to make the same confession that Peter made:

1Cor 12:3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Spirit.

Paul received the Early Rain of the Spirit on the Damascus Road. That is when Paul first called Jesus "Lord" and submitted to Christ's authority over him.

The Corinthian believers are shown in the verses below to have received the Early Rain of the Spirit:

1Cor 1:2 Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, CALLED TO BE SAINTS, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:

1Cor 1:6 Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: 7 So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:

The Corinthian believers "testimony" was the same testimony that Peter made in Mat 16:16. And like Peter, for them to make this confession, they had to have received the Early Rain of the Spirit. And like Peter at the time he made his confession, the Corinthian believers had not yet received the Latter Rain of the Spirit for their conversion. And like Peter, they had to wait for Christ to return with the Latter Rain of the Spirit (Spirit of Truth/baptism of the Spirit).

Paul confirms this truth in the next verse:

1Cor 1:8 Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

For a babe to be confirmed to the "end" (the moment of conversion), Christ will "come again" to them and give them the Latter Rain of the Spirit.

At this point, the Corinthian believers were still waiting for the Lord to return and pour out the Latter Rain of the Spirit. The verse below applies to their time of waiting (just as the Apostles waited in the upper room for Christ to return for their salvation):

Heb 9:28 So Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

When a believer (a babe) waits for the Lord to return, it is the same as when an espoused virgin waits for the Bridegroom to return for the wedding.

A person becomes espoused to Christ when they receive the Early Rain of the Spirit. Paul confirms again that this is the case for the Corinthians believers who had only received the Early Rain of the Spirit.

2Cor 11:2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.

The wedding occurs after the espoused believer is given the Latter Rain of the Spirit (the extra flask of oil) and is gathered to heaven (spiritually speaking). After the wedding occurs (new birth), the believer has become the Bride of Christ (a newly born child of God). The Marriage Supper will then commence when Christ will feed His new Bride His truth (bread, meat and New Wine). This can happen now because the Latter Rain of the Spirit has healed the believer's spiritual blindness. After the Bride has received sufficient nourishment, their time of judgment will commence. And since the Latter Rain of the Spirit as made them "blameless in the Day of the Lord Jesus", they will not suffer wrath while Christ is judging them. During their time of judgment, all the spiritual things within them that has made them carnally minded will be removed and destroyed. This judgment is shown in Rev 19:11-21 and in Mat 24:37-41.

Now take a look at the Parable for the Ten Virgins. The Wise Virgins are the Elect. The Foolish Virgins are believers who have been called to be saints but were not chosen.

Mat 25:5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. 6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.

Notice the scripture says that "all slumbered and slept". This represents that all the virgins had fallen away and were no longer faithful while they waited for the Bridegroom to return. Also, the Bridegroom returns at midnight. This represents the spiritual blindness of the all the virgins while they are under the deepest part of Satan's deceptions in the apostate church.

Now look at what differentiates the Wise Virgins from the Foolish Virgins:

Mat 25:4 3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: 4 But the wise took oil in flasks with their lamps.

Mat 25:7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. 8 And the foolish said unto the wise, give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. 9 But the wise answered, saying, not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. 10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

The extra flask of oil that the Wise Virgins use represents the Latter Rain of the Spirit. For them, their pathway is lighted so that they can meet the Bridegroom. This represents them walking by the truth of the New Covenant and more specifically, it represents their repentance from works. With their repentance, they are now "ready" (restored their faith) for the Bridegroom to return. When He returns, the Bridegroom will find them "faithful" (made ready) and will take them back for the wedding.

The Foolish Virgins were never given the Latter Rain of the Spirit, and as a result, they remained in their unfaithful condition and had to turn back to the city. They heard the call (same call as the one John the Baptist made) but they could not respond to it. They could not repent of their works.

Since the apostasy applies to all "babes", scriptures says that after a babe receives the Latter Rain of the Spirit and has their blindness healed, they will see the Abomination of Desolation that previously occurred within themselves. This is when they will perceive that their wickedness is great.

These verses apply:

Mat 24:15 When (not if) ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

1Sam 12:17 Is it not wheat harvest to day? (Day of conversion) I will call unto the LORD, and he shall send thunder and RAIN (the Latter Rain); that ye may perceive and see that your wickedness is great (have become a man of sin/worse than the first), which ye have done in the sight of the LORD, in asking you a king.

No Elect believer can avoid keeping all the sayings of the prophecy presented to John:

Rev 1:3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for THE TIME IS AT HAND.

A part of that prophecy includes becoming a Seven Headed Beast with ten horns and ten crowns. This beast represents an apostate believer who is controlled by the spirit of anti-Christ (the second beast of chapter 13).

Nah... the new babe in Christ DOES NOT have to fall away in order to be under Christ's Salvation. Such an idea that the new babe in Christ must become an 'apostate', like eating from the wrong tree in the midst of the Garden, is ludicrous, and actually AGAINST the idea of Christ's Salvation that He was born in the flesh and died on the cross for!

Sounds like you are talking to one of them calvinist cult members (always talking about the elect)... not only do they not accept the whole counsel of God, but they also engage in making stuff up in order to try and make their idol (John Calvin) appear to be right.

It's always funny how they try to justify John Calvin murdering people who did not agree with the calvinist cult doctrine as they claim Jesus was all good with a little murder every now and again laughing.gif

Dear Dan Clarkson,
Calvin wasn't any different than any other apostate believer - he taught a salvation of mixing works with faith.

The Tower of Babel is a "type" for the apostate church. The confusion of languages represents the many different false beliefs taught in it. But there is one belief that all apostate believers have in common - it is a belief of mixing works with faith. In other words, they are all trying to build a tower to heaven by the works of their own hands.

In this age, Christ is only saving those who have been chosen for an early salvation (First Fruits/heirs). They are blessed, not because of anything they have ever done, but solely because it satisfies the purposes of God.

Rom 8:30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. (No works from the person, all the works are those of Christ)

Rom 9:11 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth.

Eph 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: 5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, 6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

Eph 1:11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

But because Christ loves all mankind, He will save all mankind. No one will be lost.

Mat 23:23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law: justice, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

In the final age, the balance of mankind will be judged by Christ according to the Law. The penalty of sin according to the law is death. But before anyone perishes, Christ will have mercy upon them by freely giving each person both the Early and Latter Rains of the Spirit. With the Spirit, they will have faith and will be "born again". The new child of God will then be gathered to heaven, leaving the child of the Devil (who they used to be) in the Lake of Fire to perish. In this way, justice is satisfied.

These verses apply to Christ's judgment:

Psa 33:5 He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.

Jer 4:2 And thou shalt swear, The LORD liveth, in truth, in judgment, and in righteousness; and the nations shall bless themselves in him, and in him shall they glory.

Jer 9:24 But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.

Isa 1:27 Zion shall be redeemed with judgment, and her converts with righteousness.

Christ also said this about judgment (fire is the symbol for judgment):

Luke 12:49 “I came to send fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled!

So why did Christ long to start His judgment upon mankind?

It is because judgment is a vital component of the conversion process. Without judgment, a person cannot be saved.

It is by judgment that Christ destroys all the spiritual things within a person that have made them carnally minded & sinful. After those things are destroyed, the child of the Devil will be perished. After a person's judgment is complete, all that will remain will be the new child of God who will be governed solely by the Holy Spirit. This is the salvation that Christ came to freely give to all mankind.

1John 4:14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.

By the end of the final age, all mankind who have died because of Adam's sin, will be saved by the work of Christ. A person's salvation is solely Christ's work to perform. Mankind contributes nothing because mankind has nothing that they can contribute.

Rom 5:18 so then as it was by one offence towards all men to condemnation, so by one righteousness towards all men for justification of life. 19 For as indeed by the disobedience of the one man the many have been constituted sinners, so also by the obedience of the one the many will be constituted righteous.

1Cor 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

Phi 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 and that every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

1Tim 2:3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; 4 who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6 who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

What I explained above is the true Good News that should be proclaimed to the world.

Is this not the whole counsel of God?

And aren't you the one who is omitting much of it from your beliefs?

Joe

Dear JLB,
A "love for the truth" is a gift from God.

Yes, the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. (Romans 5:5) This love is not merely conjured up through the flesh by the natural man. We love Him because He loved us first. (1 John 4:19)

1 John 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. 8 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.

Dear Davy,
As I said, the apostasy of a babe (Early Rain of the Spirit only) is taught in many places of scripture.

NO, it is not taught in Bible Scripture.

What is taught is that SOME would fall away. It does NOT single out new babes in Christ.

What does SOME mean?

SOME means the MAJORITY OF NEW BABES THAT BELIEVE ON JESUS CHRIST DO NOT... EVER FALL AWAY!

Thus your mind is twisted away... from the actual Bible Scripture meaning.

I don't see his twisting of New Testament Scripture as Calvinism, but as a vanity from Judaism, and a direct attack in order to try and dissuade new converts to Jesus Christ. No Calvinist would be against a person's first coming to Jesus and believing on Him, but a non-believer against Christ would.

Dear Mailmandan,
Since what you said above is true, how do you explain the past violence and murder that has been caused by the church over the past 1800+ years? Where was their love?

Millions have suffered and died by the hands of the "church" during those years. And those same "churches" are still in existence today and still have the same beliefs & doctrines that they had in the past. And it is those same beliefs and doctrines that are widely accepted by most believers today. Can you see that there is a problem here?

Where is the true church?

I can tell you from my personal experience that true believers (the converted Elect) will come out of those apostate churches after they are converted. They will no longer fellowship with them because light has no fellowship with darkness. And since the converted Elect are "few" in number, they become almost invisible to this world. It is the apostate churches who are visible and who the world sees as representing Christ. But because those apostate churches teach "doctrines of devils" (1Tim 4:1), the world has a negative view of Christ. But someday, in the next and final age, all this will change because Christ will reveal Himself to the balance of unconverted mankind. When He does, every person of mankind will fall to their knees and call Jesus "Lord":

Phi 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 and that every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

And since a person can only call Jesus "Lord" by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit (1Cor 12:3), we can know that Christ is truly the Savior of the world as scripture proclaims. But this truth will only be testified to in "due time". Until that day, it takes faith to believe that Christ can succeed.

Dear Davy,
I posted many scriptures which testify to the truth that the church will become apostate - but this only happened AFTER Paul's death.

Before Paul's death, the babes were remaining faithful until they were converted.

To believe as you do, you have to ignore many of Christ's teachings.

Where is your love for the truth?

The true Church is the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:12-27; Colossians 1:18,24) that is made up of all born again believers (Ephesians 1:13; 1Peter 1:23) and is not simply a church building with a name stamped on the front of it. Sadly, there are churches which claim to be Christian but are apostate. Such churches drag Christ's name through the mud and end up leading many people astray.

Dear Mailmandan,
Born again believers are the Elect who have been converted. Conversion requires Christ to give the Elect person both the Early and Latter Rains of the Spirit, followed by the judgment of the Day of the Lord. This judgment will remove the chaff from within them.

Converted Elect believers are the true church and are the only ones who Christ is saving in this age. All other believers are babes who either have become or will become apostate. For the babes who are Elect, Christ will come to them a second time and convert them. For the non-Elect (Foolish Virgins), they will die in their sins and be resurrected to judgment in the Lake of Fire.

There is only one sin that leads to death (loss of salvation) and that is the sin of mixing works with faith. For that reason, mixing works with faith is the foundation of Satan's false gospel. All babes will accept this false gospel because they remain carnally minded and the carnal mind prefers the Old Wine over the New Wine.

Luke 5:39 No man also having drunk old wine straightway desireth new: for he saith, The old is better.

It really is that simple.

Again NO. The apostasy Paul warned about in 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 involves the revealing of the coming false-Messiah at the END... of this world in the days of the LAST generation.

If you are listening to men's doctrines that the Antichrist has already come, even back in history, like involving a pope for example, then that is NOT what Paul's warning in 2 Thess.2 is about. HOW can we be sure of this? Simple, in 2 Thess. 2:8 Paul reveals "that Wicked" one will be consumed by the brightness of Christ's coming, and that means in the LAST generation, for Jesus returns on the "day of the Lord", the last day of this present world.

Thus your Biblical perspective about where we are today in the timeline of prophecy is skewed by your listening to men's doctrines instead of staying in God's Word.

Dear Davy,
You are misunderstanding the "time of the end/end of the ages".

Christ's words are spirit and they apply spiritually within a person. The "end of the ages" comes to an Elect believer when they are converted/saved. It is not a far off event for the Elect because it will happen to each of them before they die. For that reason, Christ said to them "I come quickly".

Since the end of the ages is a reoccurring spiritual event that each of the Elect experience, it cannot be a one time physical event that happens at the end of the literal end of this age. That is a carnal and false understanding of the end-time prophecies.

Consider what Paul said:

1Cor 10:11 Now all these things happened to them as types, and have been written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages are come.

The "end" comes upon the Elect when they are converted. The teachings of Christ in Matthew chapter 24 are teaching about when the ends of the ages come upon the Elect. At that time, Christ comes to each of them a second time and pours out the Latter Rain of the Spirit. This is when the new child of God is born. Immediately following this spiritual event, the judgment of the Day of the Lord commences upon the Elect believer. This judgment is shown in Mat 24:37-41. It is by this judgment that the chaff (all things that spiritually makes the person carnally minded and sinful) is removed and destroyed in the Lake of Fire.

You said:
If you are listening to men's doctrines that the Antichrist has already come, even back in history, like involving a pope for example, then that is NOT what Paul's warning in 2 Thess.2 is about. The "anti-Christ" is any apostate believer. He is not one person.

The apostasy of the church was "typed" by Judas. A believer becomes apostate when the spirit of anti-Christ enters them. Since Paul's "departing", becoming apostate has happened to all "babes" shortly after they have entered the church. It cannot be avoided.

Even before John died, John said the spirit of anti-Christ had already come into the world and had already begun its work:

1John 2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists (not just one); whereby we know that it is the last time.

1John 4:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

Paul said this about the coming apostasy:

Acts 20:29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. 30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. 31 Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.

Do you really think that Paul would have continually warned His churches "with tears" about the coming of the apostasy if the apostasy was still over 1900 years away?

Paul was greatly distressed by the coming apostasy because Paul knew that is was shortly about to come upon the babes (people he knew) in the churches that he started. Paul knew that the apostasy was coming after his death and that it was not a far off event. Paul's understanding that the apostasy was near was the same understanding that John received.

As for 2Thes 2:8, the "wicked one" (the man of sin/apostate believer) is revealed to each Elect person when Christ appears to them as they are being converted. At the time Christ appears to them, the believer is in an apostate (a man of sin) condition. But after Christ has given them the Latter Rain of the Spirit, the scales will fall off their eyes just as they did when Paul was converted. With their spiritual blindness healed, the man of sin will be revealed to them and they will find that they are the "man of sin". This is when they will "see" the Abomination of Desolation (Mat 24:15) that previously occurred within themselves when the spirit of anti-Christ entered them. Remember, under the New Covenant, the temple of God is no longer built with hands:

1Cor 3:17 If any man defile the temple of God (this is the A of D), him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.

Finally, the generation that sees all these signs is the spiritual generation of Christ's offspring. His offspring are born throughout this age. All of Christ's offspring will see the signs of His coming as each of them are being converted.

You are understanding the spiritual teachings of the New Covenant as if they are teachings of the Old Covenant. The Old Covenant teachings apply outwardly & physically but the New Covenant teachings are very different, they apply within a person. For that reason, Christ must heal a person's spiritual blindness so that they can "see" the truth of those teachings.

Dear Davy,
You are misunderstanding the "time of the end/end of the ages".
No, I am not. Nor do I wrongly... apply the idea of the disciple's question of Matthew 24:3 as meaning their 'era' or 'age' of time. They were asking Jesus about the sign of His FUTURE COMING, and the end of THIS PRESENT WORLD. So already, you have revealed to me a doctrine of men you have picked up somewhere that strays from The Bible Scriptures about the end of this world.

Nor do I fall for those spiritual philosophy of men ploys of what all Lord Jesus said. There couldn't be any more of a serious speaker walking the earth than Lord Jesus Christ. He said what He meant, and He meant what His said, in simplicity. One who cannot understand Him using common sense will also stray from the Bible Scriptures.

There's that false... 'age' ploy from men's doctrines again. You remind me of myself when I was very young, and I back then thought I understood, but all along I was just heeding men's philosophy.

BRETHREN IN JESUS CHRIST:
The deception those like FaithWillDo has fallen into from men's doctrines is a belief of the early Christian Church once The Gospel was preached in the West, and the western nations began to put their idols away, and believed The Gospel of Jesus Christ, and started manifesting God's Will becoming the western Christian nations.

Many in that time started believing that Christ's Kingdom had come back then, on earth, and certain Christian denominations still believe that today. Not even that, but they believe it is up to us Christians to help Lord Jesus CREATE His Kingdom here on earth for ALL nations. Notice I said "all nations". That's a very important idea, and is part of a specific strategy meant to occur at the very end... of this present world time.

That "all nations" idea is about the "beast" kingdom of ten horns, seven heads, and ten crowns of Revelation 13 that Jesus warned us about for the end. Globalist politicians behind that plan today call it a "one world government." It has been in the works for centuries during this present world. All... the PREVIOUS beast world empires have tried to establish it, but failed at some point. This coming beast empire will not fail, and will be established over all... nations and all peoples on earth, because it is God's Will for the end. And that's why He warned His about it in His Word of Truth. That because it will only manifest for a short time, and Christ's future coming will end it, abruptly, suddenly.

Therefore brethren, don't be deceived and fall for 'their' trap in helping the one-worlders create their "one world government". Helping them build that is definitely taking part in the Revelation Babylon for the end of this world just prior to Christ's coming. Some of them don't even believe Jesus is going to literally return; that's how the devil's servants have deceived brethren in their trap into helping them build it.

Jesus said His Kingdom is not... of this world, meaning this present world time. Instead, He showed through Apostle Peter in 2 Peter 3 that this present world is to be destroyed by God's consuming fire. So beware of the Kingdom Now folks who are deceived about the time of the end of this present world that Lord Jesus Christ warned His faithful about.

I have added FaithWillDo to my IGNORE LIST.

Dear Davy,
You said:
No, I am not. Nor do I wrongly... apply the idea of the disciple's question of Matthew 24:3 as meaning their 'era' or 'age' of time. They were asking Jesus about the sign of His FUTURE COMING, and the end of THIS PRESENT WORLD. So already, you have revealed to me a doctrine of men you have picked up somewhere that strays from The Bible Scriptures about the end of this world.

Like the Apostles at that time, you are understanding the words of Christ in a carnal and outward way. I'm sure the Apostles believed that Christ was teaching about the literal end of this present age when they asked Him about when the end would come - but He was not. Christ was teaching about when He returns to convert each of His Elect. In the spiritual language of Christ, this is when the end of the ages comes.

1Cor 10:11 Now all these things happened to them as types, and have been written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages are come.

Consider what Christ said below to the Apostles:

Mark 8:15 And he charged them, saying, take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, and of the leaven of Herod. 16 And they reasoned among themselves, saying, it is because we have no bread. 17 And when Jesus knew it, he saith unto them, why reason ye, because ye have no bread? perceive ye not yet, neither understand? have ye your heart yet hardened? 18 Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not? and do ye not remember? 19 When I broke the five loaves among five thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? They say unto him, Twelve. 20 And when the seven among four thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? And they said, Seven. 21 And he said unto them, how is it that ye do not understand?

And like the Apostles, you are not understanding the meaning of Christ's spiritual teachings. In the scripture above, the Apostles had only received the Early Rain of the Spirit at that point. They were "babes" who were still spiritually blind and carnally minded. They could not understand Christ's spiritual teachings of the New Covenant. They were still needing the Latter Rain/Spirit of Truth to come so that the scales would fall from their eyes like they did when Paul received the Latter Rain/Spirit of Truth.

John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of Truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Acts 9:17 And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Spirit
(Spirit of Truth/Latter Rain). 18 And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight (spiritual understanding) forthwith, and arose, and was baptized. 19 And when he had received meat, he was strengthened.

Only after Christ gives a "babe" the Latter Rain/Spirit of Truth will they have the ability to understand the truth of Christ's spiritual teachings - and this includes His "end-time" teachings and the Book of Revelation.

Also, you use very little scripture in your responses to me. Have you noticed that? That is a sign that your beliefs have no scriptural support. Because your understanding is not coming from Christ, scripture also frequently contradicts your beliefs - and this "pricks" your heart and mind. Because it does, you have decided to place me on "ignore" so that the pricks would cease. I have seen this many times with other forum members. Don't you know that it is Christ who is pricking your heart and mind with His Word. If you want understanding, you must pray for it as Christ says to do below. Only the Spirit of Truth will give understanding to you.

Luke 11:9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. 10 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. 11 If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? 12 Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? 13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

For now, it is just as well that you placed me on ignore since you cannot receive the scriptures I have presented to you.

However, someday you will understand and come unto the knowledge of the Truth. God's Word proclaims that you will - and not only just you, but all mankind will also find the treasure of God.

Prov 2:1 My son, if you receive my words and treasure up my commandments with you, 2 making your ear attentive to wisdom and inclining your heart to understanding; 3 yes, if you call out for insight and raise your voice for understanding, 4 if you seek it like silver and search for it as for hidden treasures, 5 then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God.

This will be my last post to you unless you ask me for help.
