So did God forgive them for Christs Sake, His death putting away their sins, or for their believing sake which is something they did ?

Scripture says both are true, these work together to fulfill all righteousness.
As in can't have one without the other, actions have consequences.
God's actions create consequences. God requires us to be obedient to Christ's message to believe.
As we have been chosen to be obedient to Christ, then also our belief has God granted us.
This He accomplishes for us by His Spirit who is working in us.

1 Peter 1
Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ,

Praise to God for a Living Hope​

Philippians 1

What does John 1 say about the right to become children of God? As in the recognized actuality?

As Christians, we are told not to go beyond what is written, I try to set my standard on the scripture being the whole counsel of God, which some may not like, but this is the word of the Lord given to us and is something we can all agree on, you can only hope so .

You cannot ignore the scriptures what they say, you cannot pit scripture against itself, as scripture cannot be broken.

No Other Doctrine​

Glory to God for His Grace​

The Man Christ Jesus, the Mediator between God and Men did upon this earth what no other man could do, to include Adam the very first man, and that was to keep the Law of God perfectly. The Lord Jesus Christ every moment of His earthly pilgrimage did this Matt 22:37-39

Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

38 This is the first and great commandment.

39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Remember this Deut 6:4-6

4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:

5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

Only Christ did and accomplished this !

It is said of Christ Isa 42:20

21 The Lord is well pleased for his righteousness' sake; he will magnify the law, and make it honourable.

Yes the all in Rom V 18 is the Many in V 19 they are Justified by Christs faithful obedience, which causes them to believe. So permanent unbelievers are excluded from the Many/All who are Justified

It doesn't say that anywhere in Romans 5.

That is WHO the true apostels pointed too . JESUS the GLORIOUS CHRIST .
Very sad that specially in these latter hours more and more within even christendom
no longer believe its necessary to BELIEVE JESUS IS the CHRIST . Scott we have a false go spell

Sudden destruction .
Here goes amigo again and when i write what i write you gonna know why amigo is one hated creature

I seems to notice , AND THAT BY GRACE , what we have here is a pattern .
