Here is what Christ actually told us about how we should behave (our works/the fruit of our labors):

It should be self-evident (obvious) that Christ teaches everyone they should be on their best behavior, i.e. they should be DOING good works (God's Will) instead of doing EVIL works (sinning/working inequity).

The entire "works based Gospel" label is a strawman argument. The idea that sharing with others what Christ ACTUALLY said and teaches, which emphasizes heavily obedience to God and the DOING of His Will throughout the Gospel accounts, is loving, NOT judgmental.

If someone promotes the LIE that we don't need to be doing our utmost to keep God's Law/Commandments, then they are either ignorant of what Christ actually teaches, or they are intentionally being dishonest. So which is it?

ANYONE who isn't striving to keep The Law/Commandments of God on the Last Day, is going to wind up in The Fire, exactly as Christ has repeatedly warned us for thousands of years. Either learn The Way home or face The Fire.

The point is, Charles is wrong because he believes, as many do, that a person is saved, once he or she makes a single, one-time confession faith. Actually, both sides believe this, which is the basis of the debate between OSAS and NOSAS. Both sides of the argument believe that.

NOSAS also accepts the premise that a person is saved at the moment of confession. But NOSAS argues that once a person is saved, they CAN lose their salvation if they recant or fall away.

In my view, both sides of the debate are wrong because both sides of the debate grant the erroneous premise that once a person makes a single, one-time confession, he or she is saved. This is not true, therefore both sides are in error.
