I was hoping you could substantiate your claims, but to simply say I am wrong, is not scholarship at all.
It is scholarship without Logos or Accordance, but worse is that I hate writing long papers. I forgot to mention νεκρος is a corpse, and νεκρα is the death of the corpse. But that is a small example.

You are wrong with authority though. cheers

Is your view of Greek something you came up with yourself? Or did you get this information from a Greek scholar? If a Greek scholar, kindly provide the scholar's name.

Unfortunately, I found this out myself, with a little help. I suspected a colleague was keeping this a secret, then I realized almost all -OS 2nd declension nouns seem to do an action based on the verb which they were derived. Evidently, there are not papers or contents on this, and I don't know if even believed it to be true. Providing his name would get me into trouble also.

I looks like I have come up with this myself. If I someday am able to afford Logos or Accordance, I will research it more, but I hate writing large papers. Hence, I need software beyond the Blue Letter Bible, but I do think this is very worthy of investigating.

You have now convinced me of your lack of Greek training and understanding. I really don't think getting LOGOS or ACCORDANCE is going to help you learn Greek. One of the most helpful ways of learning Greek is to read the NT several times. Then get an Advanced Greek grammar,, such as Wallace's Greek Grammar Beyond the Basics. And before you get the advanced greek grammar, get Mounce's Greek Grammar Basics. It takes years to learn the Greek. It is time consuming. Try not to be what I call Fast Food Greek student. Learn the vocab and then read the NT often.

I have Mounce's grammar. Wallace has errors. I have self-studied it for years. LOGOS or ACCORDANCE would help me look up syntax examples. It is better than using the Blue Letter Bible.

Since Dan is a friend of mine, would you be willing to provide me two examples of his errors?

I didn't research it to find errors; and I don't have the credentials to publish anything other than freelance. For example, I believe his idea of absolute genitive may be false, but he isn't the only one who proposes it. If I were to criticize, I would say it isn't beyond the "basics" and would have to buy the book again. Being self-studied, I think that also I am limited in what I can say and word.

No, I wouldn't at this time.

Adam for the first man Adam isn't. My point was that a proper name referencing a specific individual is always definite. By definition (no pun intended).
But sometimes the article is used before the definite name. What does this imply?

Give me an example.
When the Hebrew article is before Adam, it implies a person or persons. For example, God was sorry that he had made an Adam. The Adam would be redundant in meaning. John 11:4-46 has also the Greek article before Jesus which is not common. I think this implies the articles of Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic represent things which are introduced.

This strikes me as portraying Adam as a type for mankind.
