A glaring proof of the divinity of Jesus is the many examples of God's people worshipping Christ in the New Testament, which Christ never corrected

They are lacking in recognizing this fundamental truth and refuse to worship Christ, even though the apostles of the Lord did worship Him as did many others as recorded in scripture. Since they do not follow the example of scripture, that is come from God, they are following and believing a lie about who He is.
The Jews that actually spoke with Jesus, who heard what He said, who were native speakers on the language, who shared Jesus' cultural background, they knew what Jesus said.

They wanted to stone Jesus,

John 10:33 KJV
. . . because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.

The board is now being spammed with thread after anti-christ thread, by those who fail to see the simplicity of truth, Emmanuel.

Much love!

Did you check Jesus side of the story?

John 10:34 Jesus answered them: “Is it not written in your Law, ‘I said: “You are gods”’? 35 If he called ‘gods’ those against whom the word of God came—and yet the scripture cannot be nullified— 36 do you say to me whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, ‘You blaspheme,’ because I said, ‘I am God’s Son’? "

It appears you have more affection for the Jews who turned away from Jesus than for Jesus himself.

Does it say "always existed"?
Before abraham was (existed) I am (ego eimi, literally I I AM. or I always was.

actually if you look on the OT septuigint, It is the name God gave to moses when moses asked his name.

Whats amazing, is those he said it to fell back from the blasphemy, for even they knew he claimed to Be God.

Its said that their reaction can be trusted more that a church that claims to be from Christ.

Nah, that is an interpretation, not a translation. This is the dialog in a correct translation:

John 8:56
"Abraham YOUR father rejoiced greatly in the prospect of seeing my day, and he saw it and rejoiced.”
57 Therefore the Jews said to him:
“You are not yet fifty years old, and still you have seen Abraham?”
58 Jesus said to them:
“Most truly I say to YOU, Before Abraham came into existence, I have been.”

Tell me: where do you get a "I always was" beside out of your own mind?

I suppose that's the kind of comment I should expect from you.

Bye now!
You seem to be very angry because managers of this website allow posters to discuss this topic.
Just relax. If you are so sure of that doctrine, you may have a lot of chances to prove it with the Scriptures. Don't take it personal, because if you are wrong, it will benefit you, if others are, you may help them.

Do you remember what Jesus said here?

Matt. 28:18 (...) “All authority has been given me in heaven and on the earth. 19
Go, therefore, and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.”

Don't lay responsibility for your bad manners on me. Again, the sort of thing I've come to expect. Fob it off as some emotionalism on my part, right? I guess that's how you respond to others. I'm not interested.

Much love!

Literally, "before Abraham did exist, I do exist". This can only be truthfully spoken by Eternal God, Who created our space/time continuum, and therefore exists outside of it.

I recall C.S. Lewis' view that Jesus was either a liar, a lunatic, or God Himself.

Much love!

I have been

Notice Jesus did not say, Before Abrahamn was created, i was created.

He said I have been.. No begining.

tell me, Why do you resist the fact that God loved us so much, that he personally came down in human form and shut satan's mouth on the cross?

He is not angry,

He just considered the source and your response to him, and said he is done..

You should not think so highly of yourself

Christ's reference to Abraham serves to affirm His pre-eminence, not His pre-existence. The Jews had claimed Abraham as their father (vs. 39), so Christ asserts His greater role in God's divine purpose by saying, "Before Abraham was, I am." He did not say, "Before Abraham was, I was," as is often misinterpreted. The Jews, much like modern-day Trinitarians, misunderstood Jesus' point. He was not claiming to be literally older than Abraham, as is shown by His earlier statement: "Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day, and he saw it and was glad" (vs. 56). Abraham, to whom the gospel was preached (Gal. 3:8), "saw" Christ's day through the eye of faith. Christ was foreordained in God's plan before the foundation of the world, though He was only made manifest in the last times (1 Peter 1:20). In the divine purpose, Christ was the "Lamb slain from the foundation of the world" (Rev. 13:8), yet He was not literally slain until His crucifixion during Pilate's time.

Elie, what I observe in these discussions is that Trinitarians often struggle to apply faith to the text. In many cases, they impose literal interpretations without digging deeper into the meaning behind the text to truly understand it.

If you would only just believe Jesus' words . . . Before Abraham was, I am. The meaning here - if you will only just believe - "Before Abraham did exist, I do exist", the words of the Eternal God, the only One who can make such a statement. If you would only just believe what He said.

Much love!

You need to apply faith Marks - when this takes place you will perceive the intent of the Lords Words and heed them. There is little more I can do for which has not already been done.
