I doubt you will escape this kind of thinking , at least from some people . Hard to control what people think one on one .
The Trump/Vance bumper sticker won't get you into heaven .

Ask the people you tell "I am a disciple of the teachings of Christ." what does that mean to you ?

I believe most people will think " Why didn't you just say you are Christian ? "
I feel like you just did not understand my entire post. But I’ve explained it a few times so you’ll just have to figure it out on your own.

Edited in this.

To be honest, most of the times I tell them all about standing up for those suffering and wanting to be someone who helps looks out for earth , the last thing they often think of is Christian.

be very careful with that word 'bind'....It is use in witchcraft,
Matt 12

28 But if it is by the Spirit of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. 29 Or how can someone enter a strong man's house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? Then indeed he may plunder his house. 30 Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters.

Matthew 16:19
I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”

The Bible is God's Word. I stick with Him.
Oh, sorry, this was forgotten because the notification expired. I didn't realize you had responded. Are you saying that my words are not biblical? If you look at Paul, he was an oppressor, but he repented and was saved. When you read something in Revelation that suggests God has been punishing people until the end. God wanted people to repent and change, but they did not. If they do repent and change, will they not also be saved? What is the point of God bothering them instead of just killing them, especially if, even after repenting, they cannot be saved? So, assuming a person identifies as LGBTQwerty++. I'm not even sure what terms people call them by now and if they repent, they can still be saved. As long as you are alive, there is still hope.
You're not gay?
Definitely not, but I used to experience some sort of disturbance that made me attracted to the same sex. He was probably too beautiful at that time when I was in my youth, around my teenage years. To mask my gaze, I ended up in a fight with him and the entire school. :jest: You see, at that time, I believed that the Bible was just for little kids. I was in a Christian school, probably Catholic, and I attended church, but I didn't really believe.
Gays will burn in Hell FOREVER!
if they repent?

"Why I'm NOT a Christian."

Jesus said, if someone is gay he's heading for Hell fire. Who am I to argue with Him?

Here is the only reason a person wont go to heaven and the only reason someone will.

Jesus said... """You MUST be ... born... again"... and that is not water baptism.

Jesus said gays are heading for Hell. Don't you warn gays? Or are you leading them to Hell?
I'm a Christian Universalist. I don't believe in hell. (except for the one you are headed for)
I was a positive and understanding help for those that struggled with life-controlling issues.
It appears that you lack the needed compassion to help anyone. You do more damage than good.

@Jack and if you only believe in the bible what about this verse?

John 21:25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.

Who would even try to watch this video when it is against their beliefs? Of course, you'll expect that the content is nonsense, claiming that hell does not exist when it is mentioned in Revelation. Many teachers in the Bible, including Paul, testify about the existence of eternal punishment that God prepared for the fallen angels.

The video explains in detail that there are three Christian doctrines of hell. (the final judgment)
All three are contradictory. That's just how it is. I chose the one that best honors the character of God as I understand it.

Three Christian doctrines of the final judgment:
1) Damnationism (the forever burning hell)
2) Annihilationism (complete destruction of the wicked)
3) Ultimate Redemption (Christian Universalism)

Why doesn't your "whole Bible view" include Universalism?

Where did Christian Universalism come from? - New or old?

Christian Universalism/Apokatastasis has roots in the early church in the east. It was a leading theology in the east (Greek-speaking church) and was supported by many of the Patristic Church Fathers, as I understand it. "The Encyclopedia of Religious Knowledge" by Schaff-Herzog, 1908, volume...

I used to help out with a small group that focused on life-controlling issues.
One of the things I learned was that some fine Christians still struggle with same-sex attraction long after they repent.
Not something they would share outside the small group.

Nothing new there...

It took me 7 years to get fully free of the effects of drug taking and all that goes with it.

Lots of prayer and ministry.

Praise God! Brother...have you ever shared your story about drugs?...I understand if you don’t want to.
Maybe I should - I rang nationwide talkback yesterday against the legalisation of weed. So my story probably should be told.
