The strange effect after snow covers a Christmas Light display.
Been fooling around with a photo I found on the internet.
Scan of old photo , not my Indian . Is that the gear shift knob on the right ?
Up to my knees in snow! Trying to get my photos to show but, they are not any longer JPG but Heic?? No idea how to fix this, been at it forever! 
It keeps saying file type is invalid and cannot find anything through control panel that makes sense to me...HELP?

If this is an iPhone, you can go to settings->camera->formats and change it to "most compatible".Up to my knees in snow! Trying to get my photos to show but, they are not any longer JPG but Heic?? No idea how to fix this, been at it forever!
I usually email the picture to myself and download it to my laptop. That process automatically changes the type to .jpg. I can also use photo editing software (Paint is free with Windows) to change the format to .jpg or .png.
