The first ones I found this season, the third week in august:

That looks like a poisoness one to me. The best way to find the edible ones to to see if it has been munched on . Normally the good mushrooms are also food for insects and rodents, If you find you are having to compete for them then you know they are safe. That particular one looks like a death Cap. I would not eat it. The white underneath is the give away.

Don't the poisonous ones have a pleated or fan appearance underneath?

I remember people at a nursing home all getting really sick. Turns out the cook or someone gathered mushrooms that were poisonous and cooked with them!

@Triumph1300 you got me here, what type of lens or camera? This is an awesome photo.
Olympus OM-D E-M1
Lens: OM System 99mm Macro.

Very nice lens, just got it. That photo was one of my first shots with this camera.
A bit of a hassle to put it on or off the camera while outdoors.
I ordered another camera, so I can leave this lens on the Olympus.
I bought a used Olympus with very few clicks on it for use with my other lenses. (8 of them.)

My elder brother still has a Triumph America that he bought new in 2011 and put a louder exhaust on it directly. he has the wool on the seat as well.
I only got rid of my dirt bike this year a 2007 Husaberg FE 450 i am to old to ride it now. but thinking of maybe getting like a 1250 RS BMW thing, bloke across the street has one, he leaves it parked in the street 24/7 !
I hide my bikes from view and i never park anything on the street !

I owned a BMW RS, beautiful motorcycle. I put risers on the handlebars, found it a bit to low. Had the bags with it and a tank bag. Sold it last year. This year I sold the Triumph as well. No more motorcycles.... The Triumph America is nice as well. I owned lots of Triumphs over the years. First one new in 1970.
