I've been doing this for 16 months and it has helped with digestive issues, muscle strength, reducing inflammation by about 75%, which is amazing considering I have several trauma related conditions. My thyroid seems to be healing ...I can now take Lugol's iodine drops whereas before, any iodine supplementation caused my thyroid to swell painfully. I am seeing things slowly improve. :)I have no idea how you figured that out.
