Didn’t God also make a Covenant with himself F2F@Keiw
I'm further interested if you understand the following Covenants of Promise:
God Makes a Covenant With Adam (the promise of Life)
God Makes a Covenant With Noah
God Makes a Covenant With Abraham (the promise of inheritance)
God Makes a Covenant With Isaac
God Makes a Covenant With Jacob
God Makes a Covenant With Israel at Mt. Sinai
God Makes a Covenant With Aaron
God Renews the Covenant With Israel at Mt. Sinai
God Makes a Covenant With Phinehas
God Makes a Covenant With David (the promise of Royalty)
God ratifies all the Covenants of Promise through Jesus called the New Covenant
Which do you acknowledge and which do you reject?

The list is not exhustive; focusing in on those main covenants which include us (the seed of the woman i.e. Christ!).Didn’t God also make a Covenant with himself F2F
No, the one he made with himself. I can’t remember where it is.The list is not exhustive; focusing in on those main covenants which include us (the seed of the woman!).
Are you refering to the Oath God made with Abraham? Hebrews 6:13?
F2F
For when God made a promise to Abraham, since he had no one greater by whom to swear, he swore by himself,No, the one he made with himself. I can’t remember where it is.
Hi MatthewYes it was during the sacrifice.
“And the angel of the LORD called to Abraham a second time from heaven and said, “By myself I have sworn, declares the LORD, because you have done this and have not withheld your son, your only son, I will surely bless you, and I will surely multiply your offspring as the stars of heaven and as the sand that is on the seashore. And your offspring shall possess the gate of his enemies, and in your offspring shall all the nations of the earth be blessed, because you have obeyed my voice.” So Abraham returned to his young men, and they arose and went together to Beersheba. And Abraham lived at Beersheba.”
Genesis 22:15-19 ESV
Thank you!
@face2face. My question would be would you consider this a covenant made by Yahavah a covenant he made also with himself?
Further to my response a Covenant is only ever made between two or more parties.Yes it was during the sacrifice.

Satan and his angels are proof. God called them sons at one time. They are condemned already, never get another chance.Proof?
The issue with this JW teaching is you present your God as Merciless, which is not His Character! It's strange for a group of believers who claim to know the One True God to present Him in a way which is not consistent with His revealed Character is a conundrum.
What do you lack? @Keiw @Aunty Jane @Mark51 @TheHC
Rachuwm (MERCY)
God not just desire's to forgive, it is His Character to forgive...
Usage of Rachuwm connects why God forgives in Deut 4:31; 2 Chron 30:9; Psa 86:15, 103:8, 111:4, 112:4, 145:8; Joel 2:13; Jonah 4:2
A Genuine appeal for forgiveness!
Neh 9:17,31; Psa 78:38 No spirit of repentance
78:38 Yet he is compassionate. He forgives sin and does not destroy. He often holds back his anger, and does not stir up his fury Ps 78:38.
Yet, God still forgave because He is merciful!
The Root is Racham (verb) – to cherish, love
God’s love for His people as per Isa 14:1 Adam and Eve included
God enemies who will have no love (‘mercy’) which is why the serpent was made to crawl on the earth always to be associated with earthly thinking - carnal thinking will always result in death.
It is sad the basis of your belief begins with a Merciless god; I'm struggling to see how this was missed by your teachers and I would be interested to know when this teaching originated in your history?
Also, the first pair were not perfect - creation was "very good" - pleasing to Jehovah God, but held the potential consequence of sin.
Hope that helps

Walmart sells glasses. Are you kidding me? The sadist God you teach with a literal eternal suffering. Adam and Eve never heard of Jesus. Is this thread a case of a denomination who holds a tradition of men without basis and holds a teaching which is undefendable?
@Keiw we are yet to see any evidence for your teaching anywhere in the Word of God and in fact, you fail to show an understanding the following revealed truths:
1. The Covenant Name
2. The shedding of blood principle
3. The need for repentance and covering
4. The recognition of how being in Christ fulfills point 1-3
5. The Edenic Covenant found in Genesis 3:15
You one line answers and avoidance has been noted and the falling away of @Mark51 and silence of @TheHC and @Aunty Jane speaks volumes concerning your very poor treatment of the Word of God.

You have some confusion there Keiw without support also.Satan and his angels are proof. God called them sons at one time. They are condemned already, never get another chance.
Correct, only through the promise of the seed of the woman!Adam and Eve never heard of Jesus.
God made no covenant with Adam after he sinned.@Keiw
