My childhood was mostly not painful, so the answer to your OP question would be, No. I thank God for keeping me from pain at that time. My real pain began later on in life, but Jesus was there to bring me through it. Give God the glory!can you say me it
All suffered a measure of pain in their childhood. Some ore than others. But if you know Jesus- it is pastr time to look behind and to look forward. My childhood was mostly not painful, so the answer to your OP question would be, No. I thank God for keeping me from pain at that time. If me the pain began in teens. If that is also considered part of childhood, then, Yes.All suffered a measure of pain in their childhood. Some ore than others. But if you know Jesus- it is pastr time to look behind and to look forward.
What is he asking? I just see " Can you say me it?"
Hey Holy, can you say me it
I don’t know, brother. Was hoping you might know. What is he asking? I just see " Can you say me it?"
Some are never able to cope.I don’t know, brother. Was hoping you might know.
For me, I think of the adage of taking candy away from a baby. It means it is easy to do. However, from the baby’s perspective, there is pain due to having no capacity to cope.
As you get older, far worse things happen but you are much more able to cope.
Yes we have the ability to put things in context or perspective that we lack when we are young and inexperienced. Everything seems like the end of the world when we are youngI don’t know, brother. Was hoping you might know.

@Holy999 (weird monika!)
If you are talking about childhood trauma, or complex post traumatic stress disorder, I would not ask on a Christian forum like this, otherwise you get stupid misinformed responses like, trust in Jesus, forget the past, just think of the future, all of which ignore the very real damage that was done to the brain, and needs healing just like a broken arm does, and which indeed can be healed through various programes.
It is best to go to a forum such as 'out of the storm', where you will get appropriate help.

If it's about childhood pain, mine was being picked on and bullied.
When I went into the 7th grade it was full blown assault.
Nothing stopped it until I learned how to fight back.
He is saying do you agree or empathize with me.What is he asking? I just see " Can you say me it?"

What is appropriate is advice regarding where help can be found for extreme abuse.I sure hope you don't mean my post no.7.
I've known Holy for many years and my reply to him is appropriate for him.
I'd give you a different reply; however, in any case it's always better and helpful to know our Lord. It is NOT the answer for everything.

I couldn't see the OPHe is saying do you agree or empathize with me.
Being Swedish, English is not his language.
Similar for me.My childhood was mostly not painful, so the answer to your OP question would be, No. I thank God for keeping me from pain at that time. My real pain began later on in life, but Jesus was there to bring me through it. Give God the glory!
