Help with contacting Biblesoft

I have recently paid for the professional series for one touch PC Study Bible. I am having trouble with being able to install their software and my international phone calls are not being responded to.

How are other users of BibleSoft packages finding the products.

I would appreciate your responses.

It’s Saturday here in America, Jay. Perhaps they may get back to you Monday. If you emailed them, sorry your calls got missed, our hours of operation are totally opposite to yours in Australia. If the company is in the USA.

I don't have the software so I'm a little out of my depth; but maybe if you posted the trouble you're having someone might be able to help you figure out what's wrong. What operating system do you have? What kind of error messages do you get?
