Anyone would first need to demonstrate discernment as well as a love and care for souls before I could consider any assessment of theirs.
That's not how discipleship works. Repentance comes first...or at least an open mind. Otherwise we are dealing with the part of a person that needs to go to the cross. The cross is an execution device. How can that be seen as caring for one's soul? And yet, once a person experiences the cross the inner man becomes free and is no longer in a place of condemnation. But people want the guarantees of eternal life without the cross.
My love and care for souls is in my effort to make clear the way forward...to see initial grace as a sample...not to be puffed up about or become religiously certain ...but to be willing to pay the price to have it in full measure. How many times have I cited the parable of the kingdom as the pearl of great price. How can one know the value of it before purchasing the field? That is by having a sample of it.
I am only responding to what I'm given. Give me uncrucified outer man justifications..and get correction...every time. This is not about appealing to the flesh as so many ministers do. I'm not doing this as a popularity thing. I know how the flesh works. You have to break from your carnal ways to see what I'm saying...and value it.So far I've only seen demonstrated a lack of both unfortunately......over and over and over again.
A wise man loves to be corrected. A fool despises such...wanting only to be encouraged to keep doing the same thing.
