If you went to a convention and saw 2 displays looking as follows, what would you think of the companies they represent?
OPTION A
A dilapidated booth that was rotten wood with worms and not even level and could not even bear the firms products.
The reps are in rags, have BO, bad breath and alcohol breath as well and dont look at you as much as gawk at you. Not only can they not answer your questions, they are put out you even ask.
OPTION B
Of the 100’s of booths at the convention, this one wins awards year in and year out for innovation, elegant design and seem less integration. It is known to be the biggest and the best booth at the convention. Its products are all on display in revolving sets of tracks that pair perfectly, e.g., large computer with large cell phone, small computer with small cell phone.
Their reps are dressed impeccably, well versed and friendly.
Maybe Option B is the inferior products but the fact that they went to the trouble they did speaks to their heart.
